So sad :(

Have a challenge system and can't use it for things that decide the game? sad

Did they review that play to make sure he got it off? If they could have called it off due to him not getting it off, seems like they could have noticed the traveling call.

Refs ignore travels on game-deciding plays. They always have. NBA HQ want exciting finishes and dunks so they've altered the rules and altered the interpretations to suit.

How new to the game are some of you?

That ref Danielle Scott is awful, she clowned us in the LAL preseason games, and she clowned us in the DEN back to back.

**** like this is why I have stopped caring about the NBA. I do not buy their products. I do not pay to watch them. I'm sad to say I dont really enjoy nba trash much anymore.

I thought the challenge call and the regular referee reviews won't result in the making of a new call. Even if they missed a travel call during the play, a review of the shot won't result in the travel call being correctly made.

^ Yeah, it's balls.

I definitely think the challenge should be reinstated if it's successful. Teams should get 2 per game and it should cost a timeout to use one (so teams don't get a free timeout from it).

Probably, although the offensive foul on Booker, changed from a foul on the other guy, in the first game, was a new call, though there already was a call...just a different one. It seems at worst, they should have made that a jump ball if what you are saying is correct.

He absolutely did, and it was obvious to see.

Pretty frustrating to lose those two games, which could've gone either way.

But hard to see past the ridiculous 3 point play overturn on booker in the first game and then the similar calls and stupid buzzer beater in the second game.

I dont normally like to blame refs and we certainly could've /should've won both games anyway, but some of that reffing was hard to swallow.

To be honest, I did not notice the travel live. Though on the replay, you can clearly see that it's a travel

The refs have stuffed us over 2 games, no question, but it just feels like sour grapes to constantly gripe about the refs. At the end of the day, we need to learn to take care of business so that the game doesn't boil down to close refereeing decisions

Red is right that even though it was bad, We need to learn how to put the game away. It seems that we still are finding ways to give up leads with careless ball management and lack of iso creation. Now whilst Paul is much better in the clutch than Rubio, His recent struggles have really complicated things for our offense at times. And Rubio although a much poorer shooter, Just seemed to have our offense in a better overall rythym. Also Coach Monty's lack of in game adjustments are still a bit frustrating. Having timeouts, But not using them to get better plays drawn up and maybe I'm just out of the loop with things, But when our offense begins to stagnate, Why don't we ever seem to use Galloway for an offensive boost? From what I've seen during the first few games, If nothing else, He generates instant offense. Not a fan of Monty keeping Kaminsky/ Nader in there when the lead starts to dissipate either. Over the last two games, We've consistently given up the lead with those two in the rotation. I'd rather have a combination of Bridges and Smith before having Kaminsky and Nader honestly in those scenarios. And what's the deal with Saric that I've missed guys?

Is he injured again or something? Just trying to catch up on things that I've missed. And figure out our recent struggles??? :dontknow:

I agree, but I find myself feeling pretty optimistic after these two losses. I felt like we should have beaten the Nuggets and that each overtime loss was an extreme disappointment. A lot of our guys haven't played particularly well, and yet we're right there with a team most acknowledge to be top 5 in the west. Come playoff time, I would not be afraid of the Nuggets as long as we are healthy, for by then, we should be the better team.

Deandre and Mikal are the future. Liked what I saw from Jalen Smith, too. Add Dario and Cam and our front court rotation is starting to look real solid going forward. It's our guard/wing situation that I feel is much more up in the air. Of course, Devin will be there, but who else?

Quickley looking real good in NY. I was a big fan of him going into the draft, but I did not expect him to be so effective this "quick."
