We really need a bold media guy to ask "Why don't you save challenges for potential crucial game deciding plays in the final few minutes of games?"

It's a fair question. I know the Chargers beat reporter for The Athletic would ask that.
It's not even that bold of a question.

Now I get sometimes he's sticking up for his guys and has used the challenge as a way to bitch to the refs about how the game is being called. But you can't be doing that when these games matter.

On that topic I'm generally a fan of replay and getting things right but I absolutely hate how the NBA does it, takes too damn long and kills game flow.

Sure. That was a cheap ass call but they never seem to overturn those bang bang judgement calls. But yes that's the type of situation where the reward of having Ayton not have a 5th foul is worth the chance.

How nice is it watching a team win, full of players you really like, after these past 10 years or so?

The best decision Monty made last night was not playing Damian Jones.

Watched a replay of the second half.
Is it just me or do the Bucks just seem like a team with no heart/soul and going through the motions?

From watching Giannis trying to draw cheap fouls as his go-to play, or Middleton running like a headless chicken, Im finding it hard to see what identity the Bucks have.

Great win from us, Frank was brilliant and Crowders defence and hustle won us the game. Wow

Still pissed at the refs for not upgrading the common foul call to a flagrant where Bobby Portis smacked Jae Crowder.. no where was there a play on the ball. The fact they also did a quick review on that pisses me off more.

This.

Our players get away with nothing. Meanwhile, Portis, who was a headcase in Chicago, does headcase non-basketball plays and we hear nothing of it.

Does anything come of this foul being upgraded to a flagrant 1? any consequences?

Also doesn’t add to total technical fouls potentially adding a 1 game suspension down the line if you cross the threshold?

Yeah, I mentioned right when he did that, that he elbowed him in the face....not smart at the time but do like he's getting more physical..typically with Cs...I wonder if Donte had bothered him or if that was more accidental.
