People?

You mean Monty?

Monty's rotations not always the best, but have improved some. He should have inserted him last night down the stretch though, so another poor decision since he was about the only one playing well and had finally gotten some rest.

But seriously, I wasn’t directly impugning anyone.

I just remember a whole bunch of asinine Ayton slander, which is par for the course amongst fans of this team of a certain milieu, and thought I would weigh in. Is that deferential enough for you, mister officer?

IDK if you guys have checked other Suns forums via FB, Twitter, Reddit, etc, but our board isn't nearly as bad about Ayton as others. We win a game against Portland where DA gets 11 points and 4 rebounds and people complain about him. We lose to the Pacers where Ayton gets 14 points and 12 rebounds and there will be complaints. If Ayton cured cancer people would still complain. I think it's called the Duka Loncic effect or something.

I got on Ayton's case earlier in the season, but he's been getting progressively better as the season goes on. Ayton not playing in the 4th I feel doesn't have as much to do about Ayton as it does about teams not knowing how to guard Saric in the post. As long as the Suns keep winning at this rate, I'm fine with the way everyone on the team is playing.

I see some younger twitter posters whining as some of the Ayton whiners here, but on reddit after Revived mentioned it seems most felt Ayton should have been inserted last night at the end...and that he played as well as anyone. Anyway, game is done...we move on.

People who don't like Ayton will see what they want to see...the same thing every game regardless of play. Especially that Keith guy lol and a couple others.

They also fail to know guys like Drummond loaf and can't play more then a few feet from basket..this applies to guys like Capela and JV too...which is THE PRIMARY reason those guys are about the only 3 outside of Gobert who outrebound him.

Thank you! Ayton is away from the basket a lot because he doesn’t force us to play a severe drop constantly!

It's insane to hear people talk about benching him in favor of Dario, who Per36 averages 7.8rpg (Ayton's Per 36 is 13.1). But wait guys, Dario is 6'10", so shouldn't rebounds just fall on his head? or are you telling me that Ayton's one additional inch of height accounts for 6 extra rebounds per36?

Could Ayton be a better player? Yes, particularly on the offensive end where he is yet to find a go to way of getting consistent scoring.

Does Ayton being our starting C give us the best chance to win? Yes. End of.

I get being salty about the untapped potential because he's got plenty of it, but to hear some of you on here you'd think Ayton was Jake Tsakilidis.

It is amazing that Ayton is the only one with rebounds falling on his head but Saric doesn't when he's in. His 4 rebounds are fine....he can't even jump or fight for them but he's doing fine while Ayton, among league leaders in rebounding, contested rebounds and offensive rebounds is not relevant since a couple guys who sound like broken records whether he gets 20 boards or 4 don't seem to care what happens in games, but will repeat the same thing ad nauseum.

But Keith blames anyone....thinks Book sucks too, etc, so take is opinions with a very small grain of salt.

I don't know if you realise that you can make a point without directly or indirectly being a dick in the same sentence?
