I created a poll on the main thread for the first question.

I am from Phx but live in Austin.
For me, CFO, no, no, and then I don't know on the next one. Maybe the 88 Suns after the Nance trade..it was a crazy turn around and I was young and never saw a player as dynamic as KJ..maybe still haven't except Westbrook who is too out of control. But to play that well as a 2nd year player, basically a rookie contract guy averaging 20 and 10 throughout the contract with phenomenal shooting percentages....great fast break, court vision, scoring, passing, etc..with pretty good defense.

Also the 04-05 Suns...that turnaround was very similar and a blast.

Then finally getting over the Spurs hump, with a sweep of all things.

I'm a flaming hot gay liberal living in the heart of Scottsdale in a 3 bedroom loft apartment with seven schnauzers and a Yorkie.

I freelance mostly, but specialize in breaking borders, coalition building and helping unions secure living wages and healthcare for all workers.

I'm a musician (my music is on my signature) although I make a living as a system admin at IBM.

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and I still live here. I played basketball since I was 6 years old but never at a highly competitive level.
Suns fan since the Barkley trade. I guess I was a Bulls fan before as most people who got into the NBA back then but thought it was kinda uncool to root for the best/most popular team so here I am.

Best Suns memory would be 2010 and this season.

I'm sure I would be in Phoenix right now if it weren't for all the **** going on.

I'm a high school teacher.
Nope.
Nope.
Being there for Game 5 vs the Clips in 2006 when Raja Bell hit a corner 3 to force overtime. I've never been in an arena or stadium that loud before or since.

Born in San Diego
moved to Tucson to go to Arizona
Now live in Chandler - work in healthcare - finance department
moved up to Phoenix same year Chuckster came to town after finishing at Arizona
So my teams are the Suns, Chargers - just can't quit the Bolt though I will never call them LA - they are just the Chargers or Bolts and Padres fan (I have seen a lot of losing in my life and maybe the worst compilation of owners in sports history between some of the owners in SD for the Padres, the Spanii years and the early years of Sarver). And of course Arizona Wildcats

never really was a Lakers fan - more of a Clippers fans (I was at Coronado Beach the day Walton signed and they had an airplane sky writer announce it: WALTON IS A CLIPPER). True story - way before the internet - they had to get the word out.

But the Clippers were the Clippers so defaulted to the Suns

Best memory as a Suns fan - whew - thats hard. Maybe Barkleys shot at the top of the key to beat the Spurs or maybe its still TBD... :D

I'm from Spain. I was born in Madrid (the capital) but I live in a small town 16 miles from the city called Valdemoro (Valley of the Moor in English), I'm a Valley boy, XD.

I'm a primary school teacher. I played basketball at school and small local leagues. I was a bad PF-C player.
My best memory as Suns fan is borning now, I'm sure, but I enjoyed a lot the Nash-Stoudemire-Marion years.

Born in North-East region as well, now living in the so called sea capital Varna.
My profession is...software engineer. Employed by an outsourcing company in Sofia, though I work remotely for an international financial institution.

Played organized high-school basketball and we won the city championship three times and participated in regional and two national tournaments. This is where everything ends. Basketball is not the most popular sport in the country and heavily underfinanced. One of my teammates was the head coach this season of the city's professional team and though it's one of the teams with best traditions they barely made the season relying on many juniors.

Most enthusiastic about the team when I was a teen, so Barkley/KJ/Thunder Dan years. Hate mediocre teams and though still following the team, my enthusiasm came back during Amare's draft. The fierce competitor scouting notes were the reason I was all for drafting him and he didn't disappoint. At least with these young stars one can dream the team can turn into a title contender at some point, right ? :D

PS: Hope you fulfill your dream. The other guy I mentioned in the previous post had a trip to Phoenix, so maybe he can give you tips if still around. Wish I was more into travelling on such long distances. Also I hate hot weather and it looks like it's really warm in Arizona this time of the year. When you add the excitement, I think I would have to hire a nurse to travel with me on such trip.

Great idea for a thread. Pleasure to meet all of you. Lots of successful people and cool stories from around the world.

I am from Cave Creek, AZ. Currently reside in Mountain View, Calif.

I work in Product building software, but am currently in between jobs.

No college/pro hoops. Last formal experience was high school.

My fave Suns memory was in the 90's. It was the Suns team with Barkley, KJ, and Majerle. I got to go to a game 7 against Seattle at the Madhouse on McDowell. It They gave every fan a plastic noise maker, and it was one of the loudest experiences of my life. Suns won -- and I couldn't hear for days :)
