First, Mamukelashvili is 6'9 so stop with the Jokic's comparison.
https://www.nba.com/stats/draft/combine-anthro/Jokic is a legit 7 footer, that is his biggest advantage as a point-center. He fixes a lof of his athletic deficiencies with just being tall and big, Mamu is two or three inches shorter.
Saric can be a better comparison for his ceiling, but even that would be a tall order for him.
I would be OK drafting him as a third string C because at #29 you just do not have too many great options.

https://www.nba.com/stats/draft/combine-anthro/ Agree to disagree! The combine has not been infallible as any other natural barometer. Maybe he's 6'9 barefoot, But in shoes, He's at least 6'10 if not already 6'11. And since the Combine traditionally does their measurements in socks ( not shoes) You'd expect the proper adjustments to be made for the difference.

https://www.celebheightwiki.com/sandro-mamukelashvili-heightSandro Mamukelashvili height - How tall is Sandro Mamukelashvili?
Sandro Mamukelashvili was born on 23 May, 1999 in New York, New York, United States, is a Georgian basketball player. At 21 years old, Sandro Mamukelashvili height is 6 ft 11 in (211.0 cm).
Adam Spinella is a professional nba scout and coach. What size does it say he is in the video?
What size does this scouting video have him listed as?
And this scouting video has him at what size as well? Even sites like Euroballers and Draft Express have him listed at 6'10 240 lbs. So an inch disparity is debatable at best! Also, if you compare him next to his teammate ( Carl Wheatle - 6'7) here:

Saric can be a better comparison for his ceiling, but even that would be a tall order for him. I'm sorry, But this is a poor comparison honestly! Saric although showing good tenacity, effort and a modicum of versatility and determination for his size isn't really close to what Mamu can do in terms of passing, running the break, initiating an offense, or athleticism!
Saric even though only 225 lbs at 6'10 is slow and plodding and unathletic. He can't reasonably run the fast break, HE isn't even comparably mobile to Mamu, And doesn't even have an advanced offensive skillset on the same level as Sandro. He can't move, Spin, crossover, fake out defenders to nearly the same degree. He also doesn't have the same level of athleticism as Mamu either.
- Can you show me any video clips of him taking the ball full speed coast to coast?
- Can he break down the opposing defenses with his ballhandling?
- Can he crossover the defender, and blow past them to the rim for a dunk?
- Can he initiate an offense as a point center on the break?
- Does he even have one instance ( video clip) of himself leading a fastbreak at all?
Now they do have some similar defensive issues as Saric in terms of post defense and rim protection, However, Sandros' issues are correctable through proper coaching/ development. And not physical or athleticism related. To his credit, Saric does have a much better mid range post game, But isn't really close to the playmaker, athlete, offensive playmaker that Sandro is even at this point.
I would be OK drafting him as a third string C because at #29 you just do not have too many great options. On this we are in agreement! If you look at most of my posts on late 2nd to undrafted value options ( steals) that's primarily wherein I have him. Also wherein I'd prefer him as a two way G league draft and stash upside swing option!
But seriously though, Please check out his draft profile videos and some of his big game stats/ highlights. Then look at the way he moves so fluidly, breaks down the opposing defense so easily and how deceptively creative he is in his passing! Also his clutch threes! And tell me that you don't see the potential parallels to Jokic in his early years??
