I've got two 2nd round picks if anyone is looking to move off of their 1st.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Set keeper deadline to october 1st. Last year's draft took about 10 days which isn't very long. Gives us over a week of error since the season will start on 10/19.

No need to rush your keepers. Use this time to chill, sort your keepers, and get a bit of draft research done. Better to be cautious because of surprise training camp/preseason injuries.

I'm listening to offers for Kevin Porter Jr., Brandon Ingram, and Chris Boucher. Would like a center or wing with some rebounds.

Sucks that my team getting healthy towards the end landed me in a lower tier. But having the 1st pick in the second round is nice!

My 6 for sure keepers (still debating #7):

Jayson Tatum
Paul George
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
Jrue Holiday
Clint Capela
Robert Williams

Im open to listening for trade offers for PG13 and Capela, everyone else would take a really good offer just to get me listening.

Would you like the 3rd overall pick from last year, Killian Hayes?

For Paul George and Clint Capela I would give you many combinations with the exception of Jokic.

That would be my 2nd in a swap for Miyagi's 3rd in the Durant/Zion trade.

Do we have an updated draft list of the first two rounds with the trades included?

It will be hard to know too much about what draft picks people have until keepers are selected and I guess we have until Oct 1st. If people already know their keepers then we could probably move ahead to draft order after removing those keeping 8 players.

I'm probably not going to set my keepers until near the deadline. I have a few players I would like to trade before setting anything in stone for my top 7 or 8. Hopefully, folks are checking the board often for trade opportunities.

OK...it's kind of a bit of a quandary for trading picks because picks will probably shift up depending on that. Your pick is so low and your team is so stacked though it would be weird for you to drop a guy, but of course fine with me.

Yep, I'm likely to keep 8 ... just not sure which 8 right now.

However, I don't think selecting 7 or 8 keepers impacts trading picks much. Last year 5 managers kept 8 keepers and forfeited their 1st pick. So 11 managers kept 7 keepers and drafted in the first round. I wouldn't expect much variance from those numbers.

I think it would be helpful if our two new managers could be added to the Yahoo league so they can see other managers' rosters and the current free-agent pool.
