Near the end, when Paul was bringing the ball up, he was hounded by Mitchell I think it was. Nobody came to set a screen and he barely got past midcourt. That is something Monty needs to talk to the team about. It happened throughout the playoffs last year and is such an easy thing to fix.

But as frustrating as it was, and as flustered as the team got (Book missing 2 FT's was concerning) we did hang on.

Having Ayton set screens should be a bit better than MGee or Crowder set screens, not sure what his injury status is but he better man up and get well soon.

That's the other thing we're forgetting. We're winning some tough games without DA. Including last night.

Man up? I have never heard of a case where Ayton has missed a game to hang nails or made up mental health issues but if you know of one please enlighten us?

Because we made the finals we forget we had major flaws for most of last season too. We went many months with horrible sets in clutch time and once had the worst clutch time record and worst starting 5 +/- so we seem to be a team that builds its system over time to get sharp to peak at the right time, our peak will determine our season not our start.
