Frank tricking the fans once again. Still remember in his first year here was playing great for a stretch and made us think he can be a long term solution at PF. Last year 8:0 with him in the starting lineup. Now this.

NBA.com status for DA was Injury/Illness the previous game, coach decision this one. Probably no need to rush him back with Frank dominating.

I dont think he's tricking anyone. I think this was a game where he had favorable matchups, was left uncovered a lot, and made smart plays within himself. Nothing Frank did tonight was an anomaly in his game, these are all the things he's done well (post moves, push shots and floaters inside, and 3 point shooting) since coming into the league. The issue has always been consistency. This is one game so I'm not going to make any kind of long term prediction about Frank, but he's definitely proven that he can thrive against certain matchups and probably deserves some play time right now over guys like Nader and, yes, even Cam Johnson at the moment.

Everyone +2 or better except McGee -6 and Nader -3.

I just don't like their 5-10 minute patch for championship stakes games.

McGee will look better in the playoffs when refs swallow their whistles more. He makes some really dumb fouls, but a lot of the fouls he commits contesting at the rim are on the softer side. I think you'll see a lot of those become no calls during playoff time which will help McGee be more useful as a defender and play more free without worrying about foul trouble. He also knows in the playoffs he's only going to get max 12 minutes a night, so if he burns all 6 fouls in that time it's no biggie.

You never had anything pleasant to say about Frank. I pray you finally wised up and from this moment on will treat Kaminsky as a human being rather than a punching bag.

I agree that what he's doing on O isn't necessarily something he hasn't already showed, at least in flashes and short stretches. What's impressed me more and made me think that maybe he can be a consistent contributor for us is that he seems to be playing solid D. Curious to see if it holds up, especially against quicker bigs. If he can hold his own on D he can give us minutes even when his shot isn't falling.
