Well, theoretically we only need 1 sharp shooter (though more will be desired). If Shamet's shot is back, CamJo forgetting how to shoot won't kill us-hopefully.

Well... I skimmed through cause who cares really?

At least we're back to meaningful basketball soon. Feels like it's been months since a game has actually mattered.

I am not sure about bringing back Holiday for next year. 3/17 and he lacks court's vision.

It's not only because this game. He hasn't shown PG skills since arriving to the Suns, he looks a microwave scorer and not really efficient enough.

For the minimum...OK, I would sign him. But not for anything more than that.

Shamet was the only reason why we stayed in the game. 27 points and 5 assists. He scored some difficult shots, he can really make 3s on the move and that's a huge skill to have as a SG.

Good job from our Cs. McGee and Biyombo played well.

I like Lundberg's high release. He shoots well, that shooting form reminds me of Doncic. He looks a bit small and unathletic but probably good enough to be on a two-way contract next year.

Are we sure Shamet has his shot back? He was 0-4 in the Utah game with a -21 for the game. We need Johnson to get his shot back, because if we are relying on Shamet to be on and a solid defender for the playoffs, I am a bit concerned.

He's not going to get a ton of playoff minutes so I don't think he'll ever consistently get his shot back fully. The important thing for him is that he's confident and comfortable shooting at all. If they fall then all the better.

I just don't know with Monty. I hope it is a shorter rotation of our current starters, and Payne, Johnson, Craig, and McGee. And if Payne isn't hitting, I wouldn't mind going with Book at point 3 wings, and McGee while CP3 sits. Overall, two starters are in at all times.

Likely will play it by ear. Shamet will play, but more as a stop gap (foul trouble or if Payne is playing poopy). And god help the other team if he is hitting his 3's

Well let's hope the green light to chuck is off. We don't need our usually chuckers shooting 1-7 from three in the playoffs. We need smart team ball, moving the ball to find the open shooters, who are hitting their shots, not just passing to guys that "can" hit a three sometimes.

We are gonna start playing a 10-man rotation and Monty will adjust from there if needed.

CP3, Book, Mikal, Crowder and Ayton.
Payne, Shamet, Craig, Cam J and McGee.

Shamet is gonna play for sure. He has played on every game when he has been healthy.

He has averaged 20.8 minutes in 69 games and has started in 14 of them.

Hopefully Cam gets his shot back. He was under 20% from 3 in April. Shamet has improved the last couple months of the season shooting over 40% from 3.

Johnson hasn't looked even remotely the same. Hard to say if he's still being affected by it and his timing is off because of it or it's something else entirely. Regardless, we need him as it only gets more challenging from here.

The main thing is Shamet making his contract tradeable again if we need to, which maybe he has done/is doing  :banghead:

I think he just needs to get back into a rhythm, i'm not worried.

and he has still been playing hard, and the couple of dunks he had against Utah were a good sign.
