okay, moving right along...

Heat were last to pick, that means the Bulls were up and are now skipped, along with the Clippers and can make picks at any time.

Now
279. Spurs

Then...
280. Thunder
281. Bucks
282. Bobcats
283. 76ers
284. Pistons (via Rockets)

Spurs have been OTC for 20 mins already.

Westbrook, Al Jeff, Paul George

for

Melo, Harris, Randolph

????

Lemme think about this one too, so this isnt actually a formal "offer," but more of a suggestion?

Wow my turn already?

Spurs selects..
This is tough.
In this fall Spurs will be dragging Leon Powe's talents to Texas.

Leon Powe, at 6'8, might get abused in the low post due to his relatively low height, but he's tough, very strong, and that might just make up for his height. He's a very effective rebounder, as demonstrated during his time with the Celtics. All I can say is, he's a great bench guy and is a guaranteed instant spark of the bench. Pretty much what I call a rich man's Lou Amundson.

Yea, he might have been injured last season, but I still have confidence in him. :)

Damn it. Should have drafted Becky Hammon.
She is hot, and yes, it's just for the sake of doing so.

Okay. Fair enough. But I am very intested in Anthony Randolph. Are you willing to make a deal for him?

P.S: What's the latest on username changes? Last time I checked Miklo said they have been suspended indefintly. Are they allowed yet?

With the 280th pick, the Thunder select:

Image

Joel "Not in my house" Przybilla

Image

This is a guy I've enjoyed watching play for a long time now and I'm glad to have him fall to the 280th pick. He's basically a 7-1 version of Lou Amundson, rebounding, hustling, shot blocking and just being a defensive presence in the paint. Considered one of the best backup C's right with Gortat until he injured his knee last season. An extremely hard worker who does all the dirty work and does it very well. He's not much of a scorer but when there's easy buckets to be had, he converts them (career .555FG%). In the 30 games he played last season, he ranked 5th last season among C in TRB% behind D12, Camby, Oden and Dalembert at 21%. The season before when he was health (played 82 games), he ranked 2nd among C's in TRB% with 22.8% which was in front of Dwight's 21.8%. His shotblocking, rebounding, size and hustle should bolster my 2nd unit's front court and cover any defensive lapses from Gooden. Very happy to add him to my team.

EDIT: Also, I've put both Hinrich and West on the trading block. I'm looking to trade for a true 2 or 3.

Surprised Joel Pryzbilla dropped this far. He was on my list at the 164th Pick for my starting center.

164? That's quite high. He's been in my books for a while, but I thought he was too high at where I was picking. I guess everyone just forgot about him after his injury last season.

By Pick number 164, there wern't that many good centers left on the board. My list was between Spencer Hawes, Samuel Dalembert, and Joel Pryzibilla. Not the most impressive list, but beggars cant be choosers at Pick 164.

Then it's definitely surprising to see Przy drop down 116 picks.

Pryz and Powe are both great pickups this late.

Da_Reel_Kboy username changes are still suspended indefinitely. I don't really see it happening anytime soon, I know part of it is how many LBJWadeBosh, HeatDynasty, TheBigThree, LeBronDitchedCLE etc names we'd get

Is that why they've been suspended?

The Chicago Bulls are excited to add a full grown man with no ACL's to our team. This guy doesnt need ACL's to be a man. He is just a man. Dejuan Blair. Back up big man #1. :D

The Bucks will go after a young energy big with plenty of potential, one that can energize a crowd with hustle, Gani Lawal.

Bobcats up

Bulls are back up too, Blair was already picked
Kings, Mavs and Clippers (x2) were skipped

Then
76ers
Pistons

EDIT: Got PMs out to those with skipped picks and to KayZee for the current pick. Everyone make sure to check in here regularly though, with 2 hour picks we get skipped picks constantly and it gets too hectic for me to be able to get PMs out all the time.
