Booker started, and will get winded quicker being a first year pro, so him and Knight will sit at the end and beginning of quarters.

Don't agree at all. He's a pro athlete, no way he gets winded after 7-8mins of game time. You sub Knight out at the 7-8 min mark for Price, and play Booker the whole quarter. Ride the hot hand as far as it takes you. Knight comes back in to start the second to spark the 2nd unit.

If/ when Len feels more comfortable finishing the and one inside, he'll be a very good starting centre. Still think he's overthinking things rather than just following his instincts.
