I don't agree with that assessment because I don't think you draft Kyle Anderson just because you need a "ballhandler." He's dveloped into a very good scorer, playmaker, and a solid rebounder. And the Suns need more players that can generate offense by themselves.

Do you think he fits in well with a team that wants to run?

Absolutely. People get too caught up with him not skying above the rim and blowing by guys. Anderson pushes the ball every chance he gets. While not fast, he does run the court well, is very agile for his size, and is a very fluid athlete.

Honestly, in terms of athleticism, I think he plays the game a lot like Steve Nash.

Off topic but I really hope the Bucks, Philly, and Orlando get the top 3 picks. Keep it in the east and give the small markets something to build on. Especially the Bucks.

Ideally I would want to see Jabari Parker in Milwaukee. I'd also like him Philly. What do you think the best place for Wiggins would be? Orlando is well stocked at the wings to begin with; I'd want Exum to go there. Could Embiid play next to Vucevic?

I like to see draft picks land in the right spots, places where they fit. It's better for them and it's better for the league.

Can you imagine Embiid and Noel together?

I'm surprised of the little talk about Jordan Adams when talking about UCLA guys. I'd be really happy to get him in the 2nd round, or maybe even with the Indy pick.

Jordan Adams isn't a bad pick for the 2nd. Personally, I would hope that Nick Johnson or Jahii Carson are available somewhere with the later picks. They seem pretty underrated for NBA. Not going to wow you with their size, but their skill and athleticism are very good and not a lot of people are watching the left coast for these guys. IDK who is going to be coming out this year, many could opt to stay in school.

I wonder if the NBA shouldn't look into a graduated scale based on how many years spent in college that doesn't affect the salary cap to encourage players to mature a little longer in college.

It's best for the players, teams and the NBA as a whole to match up correctly. I totally agree.

With all the talk that Noel is refining and fixing his shot, it would be a great match to have them together. That would be a scary duo along with the Pelicans pick and MCW.

I'm originally from Wisconsin so follow the bucks and suns. It's so important for that franchise to not only get a top 3 but to hit on the pick. They really need to get back the casual Milwaukee fan and get an arena deal done or I have a feeling they could move to Seattle. That would suck.

Would the Bucks take exum with the #1-3?

I'd like to see Wiggins land in Philly with their pace.

exums a huge wild card. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him going ahead of Parker. As for the bucks; who knows who they like or even if the buffoon of a gm John Hammond will be making the pick.

Well, they haven`t been too bad drafting (Sanders, Harris, Henson, Adetokoumbo...).

Trades and free agency are where Hammond is terrible.

its true that he's drafted well (although joe Alexander was rotten and Jennings is worse than Lawson and Teague who were drafted later).

But it hard to put into words how horrific he's been with trades and free agency. The Harris trade last year was the last straw for me; just a disaster of a deal that I like most bucks fans hated from the day it went down. Look at this year that ass clown went out and spent on a bunch of mediocre to bad vets. They were trying to win this yr and might not crack 15 total wins. If that doesn't get his ass shown the door I guess nothing will.

Any incentive to stay in college would be a good thing imo. About Jahii Carson and Nick Johnson. I've also thought Carson would possibly be a good pick with that Indy pick or a second rounder, to be kind of a spark plug off the bench in a Nate Robinson kind of way. Nick Johnson would be a decent backup guard as well.

No, Nick Johnson's going to stay another year (At least I hope so for the Cats). Kyle Anderson is interesting. I wish he shot more from the 3 to see how consistent he is from long range, but if he declare and is available, I'd take a shot. Although I think he needs to do something about his weird beard.

Carson isn't bad, but I just don't want us to become the small guard squad. Gerald would be our only player above 6'3 who can play the 2 (at least until Archie comes along).
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Stanley Johnson is coming who is the most polished recruit we've had since Bibby. I can see that impacting Nick's decision. One of Gordon/Rondae will probably go and I think both Ashley/Tarc stick around for one more season.

Jahii has been disappointing since conference play started. He should be dominating offensively.

Johnson is a 3 isn't he? I think Gordon is gone, even though he isn't ready for the NBA. I hope Rondae doesn't leave with the increased production due to Brandon's injury.

Jahii was disappointing to start conference play, because he was hurt. Lately, he's been playing much better and the Sun Devils have too.

I could see that affecting Nick's decision. Gambo has said that the Suns like him.

Johnson is a 2, with the size of a 1. I think Rondae stays, or at least he should. He needs to keep working on his skills and knowledge of the game. He doesn't always make the right decisions. It would be best for him to learn the game more. He has all word potential with his athleticism, but not unless he becomes a more heady player.

Not Nick Johnson, Stanley, the recruit. He's 6'6 and listed as a SF.

Ah, sorry, different Johnson. I could see Stanley being either a SF or a SG in college, but it kind of depends on who is coming back or not.

Just caught the end of Wildcats-ASU game. Fans were hilarious. Looked like it was a pretty good game.
