Carmelo has a full no trade clause. When he was a free agent, he had his pick of the Bulls, Rockets, Mavericks, Lakers, and even the Heat I believe. He still chose to go back to New York. He really has no interest in winning or leaving New York. If he did, he would have signed with one of the other teams. I do not envision him ever accepting a trade, especially one with Phoenix.

Gambo with the TKO. Kieff's feminine quote is something a high school girl would post on Facebook after a breakup. Good lord, who are his advisors?

Especially if Gambo is present and interacts with him.

This is a pissin contest w/MoBro... he has puffed up so much, he can't back down. Crazy to think the FO will just let things go on as if nothing has happened. No point in them saying anything at the moment, one way or another, but the piper will be paid soon.
Cory Jefferson = happy guy right now. He fits the mold of the athletic players McD has added to this roster. Hungry to make a team. Dare I say glad to be here????
PS... who was the explosive guard (not Weems) we were looking at a few weeks back.... from Miss St ? PG/Sg been playing in Russia or?... can't seem to find it... and not listed on rosters

I think that will go a long way in determining whether he shows or not. If it's just some fines, but doesn't invalidate/void his contract, he might just be stupid enough to do that. He knows once he's shown up, he's already lost some 'face', as well as, what has been mentioned, he knows that he'll find it difficult to 'not' try hard for his teammates, and fall into a rhythm, and further 'lose face' with his whole #FOE thing.
If he doesn't show up, then there is probably grounds to tear up his contract since he's not meeting his work obligations. We'll fine him, we'll suspend him (ie no pay) and/or we'll tear up his contract for not meeting his obligations. I don't know what the exact penalty is per CBA rules but as I mentioned before, it would be like not showing up for practice or games.

Wait ... didn't you forget two other witnesses? The guy who got attacked and his girlfriend.![]()

Actually no witness other than those two can put the twins in the area where Hood said they were. But never the less, they were/are stupid for putting themselves in this situation.
And so those two aren't reliable witnesses? The lady called 911 and said Hood was being attacked. Right? Sounds pretty reliable to me. Over the course of the past month Kief and Marcus have shown just how stupid and how pig headed they both can be. I have no doubt these two were part and party to the attack by either participating or directing. The two hoodlums should land their azzes in jail and get sued for a couple mil. Both of them are dumbsh*ts extraordinaire.

Just don't pay him ... no sense tearing up his contract and then letting him sign with some other team. He would love that.

The prosecutor in the felony aggravated assault case against Suns power forward Markieff Morris and his twin, Marcus, said the Morris attorneys' motion to remand to a new grand jury should be denied because the reasoning was untrue and brought up matters suited for trial rather than a probable cause determination.

Re: Suns Offseason Thread V: I Am My Brother's Kieffer
unsubstantiated truths, conjecture, your word my word... (in before RunDog)
I'm not sure what the FO can do if NoMoBro sits out. But didn't that happen way back when with Jim Jackson coming here? The main difference here though is, Jackson was a respected player, 7-8+ yr Vet.... plus, he didn't have social media
I am going to guess the McDo stays quiet on this, forcing Kweif to make his move.
And I'm putting the over/under on KweifTweets before camp at 2 1/2.

It's hard to imagine Queef even taking the court. Can you imagine the reaction from the crowd.

Probably McD only got crappy offers.
We'll have to wait at least until Dec 15 to see if anything changes.
