I'm in Tempe at the mo and staying pretty close to Mill Ave, would have loved to go to that game but it obviously was a sellout. Wasn't about to pay $100+ to a scalper for nosebleeds, but in hindsight it probably would have been worth it!

Might want to post that in the Trade Thread, not the Draft Thread.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Freaking TJ Warren is going to play himself into the top 10 if he keeps this up. Crap.

I know, he's been doing some serious ball'n lately. Been impressed by the improvements he's made over the years. McDonald's All-American, never lived up to the hype for the first couple years, Now, all of a sudden he is practically unstoppable lately.

McDerrmott with another huge game. He might be on top of my list of guys who could be there for Phoenix. Dudes gonna score in the nba.

never lived up to the hype? couple years? he is a sophomre and he had an amazing fresh season last year.
you surely don't follow collegeball...

Warren will never be a top10 pick, late teens to late first is his range, the guy is a great midrange scorer, but he is stuck between positions, is not a shooter, and he is pretty average as an athlete, he reminds me of Marcus Morris.

Sorry, you are right. I was mistaken, thinking of another player. Oh well, it seems that NC State as a whole didn't live up to expectations last year. As far as Warren, I'm not sure that 12 pts 4 rbs per game would qualify to me as an amazing freshman year.

Warren is a good shooter from midrange, and he has 3-point range, he just hasn't become a consistent shooter from there. But the ability is there. He's not stuck between positions at all. He's a small forward. He can score from the wing, moves well enough, and can put the ball on the floor. He's really nothing like Marcus Morris.

I'd love Gordon late lottery/mid first round. I don't think he's a star in the league, but he looks like he could be a quality starter for a contender in a few years. Is a really good rebounder and has a great motor. Just hope he stops trying to turn himself into a small forward...

I also think he's better suited for the 4 spot.

Yes, if any of those end up in the west, I'll be pretty disappointed, especially if it's the Lakers.

Don't you think he'll have size & length issues? I worry he won't be able to keep opposing 4's off the offensive glass.

It's easy to compare players to those you watch all the time, which is perhaps why Micic reminds of Goran, though right-handed. Saric's game is a lot like Melo's - face-up, one-on-one from 20 feet. Quicker release than, say, Bargnani. No highlights of him going inside. Meh.

Thanks for the video Gaspar.

I think Saric should be heavily considered if he is still there with Was' pick. I wouldn't be surprise if he was gone tho.

Micic could serve as a pretty good third guard, but his worst case could be bad puppie Kendall Marshall. He'd be a perfect candidate for a team drafting for need, but I don't think he'll be the best player available for the better part of the first round.

Still, two interesting prospects above all for a Phoenix team that could use some draft and stash.
