It's also well known Lebron wants to play with Bledsoe.

I know we don't have the most appealing package for Lebron right now, but him signing would make some pieces fall pretty quick I believe. We have a lot of picks for leverage.

Thoughts?

It's been talked about plenty, but most think it's a pipe dream. As for his friendship with Bledsoe, I think that is blown out of proportion a bit. He's close to a lot of players in the nba. People claim they are best friends and you mention it's well known he wants to play with Bledsoe, but I've never read either thing anywhere but here.

I know they are close, and LeBron feels like he is a little brother (I've read something along those lines) and I'm sure he wouldn't be opposed to play with him. But being best friends and really wanting to play with him may be taking it out of proportion a bit. I think LeBron would really like to play with Melo or Chris Paul. He is obviously VERY close to those guys.

What Melo does would be interesting. If Melo stays in NY (ultimately I think there is a good chance he does because he seems to value money more than winning....he has mentioned otherwise lately but I'll believe it when I see it), than I think there would be a very good chance LeBron joins him next summer after one more year in Miami.

They COULD both probably go to the Lakers this summer if they wanted, but I haven't heard that at all, and the team would lack depth.

Ultimately, though, THIS summer is interesting for him because none of the options seem great for him, especially if Melo goes to Chicago. Phoenix seems like a good option, but it seems he'd probably prefer to stay in the easier east, and probably play in a bigger market.

What Miami SHOULD do is put Wade on the market (unless he has a no trade clause). I'm not sure if he'd have any takers, but you'd have to assume someone might think it's a good idea. Brooklyn for Joe Johnson? Of course Miami would never put Wade on the market though.

Melo on this team would be a travesty. I would be so bummed if McD signed him. Ryan would go from McD to McFail very quickly. Melo is not a champion.

I kinda feel bad for the Knicks. They trade half of their roster (basically screwing themselves) and bending over backwards to appease melo. And this is what he does in return. The guy has no honor or loyalty. Him and Kobe qualify as the most selfish people in the nba. Thankfully, he won't be anywhere near the suns organization.

Hope the Knicks learned that no player is worth giving up to much assets. And no player is bigger than the organization.

So because the Knicks are a horribly run franchise he should feel bad and stay with them? :dontknow:

I guess call me ole school or whatever but if you pay and take care of me, I'm loyal to the end. I guess that is the new era, Money is more important than loyalty. Things are not always great and wonderful doesn't mean people should bail and run to the next best thing everytime. But whatever.

But he may resign with the Knicks. So guess we will see.

I dunno. I think we are borderline title contenders if we inserted Melo to this team

Off topic but damn. Never even heard of christano and he has more followers than lebron. Probably because I'm not a fan of soccer.

Oh you know Kerr is going to go hard for him. That would really suck if he did go to the warriors. I'm thinking, that he is thinking at his age last chance at a good long term contract.

Quite honestly, I'm not surprised he would choose free agency. But I believe he has way more value than tucker. He opens up the floor and creates a lot of spacing with his shooting. Stretch fours are a premium right now.

Frye might already have a deal in principle to resign with the Suns at a lower cap number for additional years. He and the Suns have been talking this since he end of last season. To do such a deal he has to terminate the present deal. This is not alarming news.

I posted on this about 3 weeks ago before it was reported anywhere. Kerr was the guy who brought Frye to us. A friend in the Bay area told me that Kerr was going to go after Frye as the Stretch 4 that he kept talking about.

Now if they sign Frye soon, that means that they are giving up on Love and would rather keep Klay.

I hope ur right!!! I know a lot of people don't like him here but his ability to shoot the three at his size are not easy to find. I think he has 3-4 more good years left.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

As far as love goes, I think the suns FO kinda knows they don't have a shot at love. I think they are doing day to day business with the thought they aren't getting love. Which I hope means getting frye back in the mix.

20mil 4 years for Channing Frye. Help us cut 1.8mil in salary this year. But if he leaves, we need to go after Pau.

Frye opting out would be a huge relief. Now we can get a big who can rebound and play D like they're supposed to.
