As for the Raptors, they are an ideal trade partner for Tele and Tucker. I'd be happy to include both, and even throw in Price (they don't need him, but nice to have an extra vet for the playoff push), but I'd want Wright, Caboclo, and a pick, plus whatever salary filler they want.
Totally - why would Toronto turn down Kieff, Tucker (and Price) for expirings like Scola, JJ, Pat Patt, Delon Wright and a lotto pick? I get why the Suns might - but why Toronto - this helps them
Portland is making trades to take on salary to meet the salary cap floor. So they got a 2018 first for Varejao and a 2nd from Miami for taking on Roberts. Now that makes sense. Miami saves money and is now under the lux tax. OKC saved a bunch of money taking Foye - who makes them better.
Cleveland - you want to save under the lux tax - Love for Kieff, Tucker and Teletovic. You can add Price and Suns will take Mo Williams
