Morris and picks for Milsap (they get a player they don't have to extend for a couple years)
And
Marshall, Wes and picks for Turner

Dragic, Telfair, Garrett
Turner, Brown
Beasley, Dudley, Tucker
Milsap, Scola
Gortat, O'Neal, Zeller

Deep team.

For Millsap? whatever combination of marshall, morris or both (+W. Johnson also, if they want him, imo his out of the league next year ). Whats Utah fans take on him ?

I don't know how much PHI values Turner. IMO they can have any picks except our own.

Would I give up Turner? No... But I'm hoping PHI might for the right package :) Bynum is a max and Holiday will be due soon. Thad is on mega dollars and they have a lot of $7m guys already in Hawes and JRich. Wright and young are proving to be valuable guys given their relatively low cost.

Turner might be due something close to $10m per.. Will they really want to pay that, when they can secure a couple of rotation guys on rookie deals?

There is no way in hell Philly would consider that trade. Horrible, just horrible for Philly.

I don't see us making any deals until draft day. We may end up with an early, a mid, and a late draft pick... plus 2 or 3 seconds. Those are our best assets. And packaging them with a decent player like Dudley/TheG/or Scola could yield some real value. I still would not want to move GORTAT..., for Dragic's sake.

Now a team may approach us with an offer around the deadline... They'd have to want someone real bad. Could you see someone wanting Telfair, Brown, or Dudley ? I would bet a few calls come in for the G but we are not giving him away. The rest ? ... not likely.

I completely agree, Frank. Those 'assets' we collected during the offseason are worth nothing until draft day. We could trade an expiring contract for someone that wants to clear cap space and we could be a facilitator in a three team deal where we take on salary. But nobody is going to give up something for Beasley on a three year deal, Johnson or Morris.

nevetsov, I think that Turner could be a possibility if the 76ers want to get rid off him because of a.) salary in 2013 or b.) poor play. Johnson, Marshall and that MEM pick would be a good offer that Philadelphia might even consider.

Isn't Turner leading the Sixers in rebounding right now?

I seriously think we should look into trading for a backup big man. The Bucks have 4 centers that are all capable of being decent backups for us and would fit well here imo.

Ekpe Udoh, Samuel Dalembert, Larry Sanders, and Joel Pryzbilla. I think we can maybe acquire one of those guys for the two LAL 2nd rd picks or something.

PHI is not trading Turner away after they trade Iguodala away just last year.

They are keeping Bynum, Turner, and Holliday. If they have to trade away other players to keep them, they will.

Denver also has an abundence of 7 footers, Mozgov might be expendable for them. koufos is the starter and McGee is behind him (making like 11 mil a year!!! )

I like a lot Mozgov, he is really big and mobile enough. I would consider trade some pick/s for Mozgov, he is still young and could be a good replacement for Gortat if he is traded or becomes a FA at some point.

And what about Royce White? White for a second round pick? I have my doubts...but I would say yes.

AlexKennedyNBA: Royce White continues to call out the Houston Rockets on Twitter. This has gotten ugly and both sides are frustrated. We'll see how it ends.

Apart from Dragic and Gortat...
Anyone else have a dilemma of having their fave players playing on other teams?

My list is
Farried (Nuggets)
A.Davis (Hornets)
Irving (Cavs)

And a few more other players before Gortat and Dragic come up... Problem is the guys above these 2 are studs and all star potential except maybe Farried. But geez he' s a work horse... Marion+Amundson type.

I think we all love Dragic. But players who aren't on the Suns? I know it's kind of ironic because Steve Nash has been my favourite player for so long, but I am a huge, huge fan of Russell Westbrook.

If I were in the Suns FO I would give up the planets to have him on the team, even though we don't have the assets.

Or the planets. :D

As for favorite players on other teams, I have none. Since I live just north of LA(until mid December), I watch a lot of Clipper games. I like that Bledsoe kid. I wanted to trade Lopez for him last year.

That's a kick ass starting 5.

They would wipe the floor with my favorites: Nash, Raja Bell, Durant, Duncan, and Tyson Chandler. Or maybe not.

The time has come for the suns to part ways with jared dudley. teams really want him, he needs to be moved before his stock plummets.

Return to Phoenix Suns
