The Lakers went Hollywood in their 2½-hour meeting Thursday with free-agent forward Carmelo Anthony. Big time.

Executives from Anschutz Entertainment Group and Time Warner Cable pitched him on the size and scope of the Los Angeles market. Movie producer Joel Silver put together a four-minute “trailer” of Anthony’s life, narrated by Tobey Maguire.

Was thinking today that let's say everyone's dream scenario comes true and LeBron signs in Phoenix and the Suns trade the Morrii, Green and picks for Love.

Our lineup looks like this:

Dragic/Ennis
Bledsoe/Goodwin
LBJ/Warren
Love
Plumlee/Len

What do we do to fill out the roster? I think it makes logical sense to bring back Frye and Tucker in that scenario, but I'd have serious concerns about our backup guards. One injury away from handing a starting spot to a 20 year old. Now, in this scenario the Suns should still have a little cash to play with presuming Frye does indeed sign for less than his $9m hold. So you're looking at around 3-5 million to spend before extending Bledsoe and Tucker....who do you bring in?

People like Broussard are what's wrong in the world. Frauds like him need to be locked up.

Not true. Lull mentioned that he saw Sarver today. Broussard said yesterday and the talks were around teaming LBJ and Bosh or Melo.

The biggest news here is that it seems like the idea of trading for Love might be dead. At least for now. I'm real good with Bosh though.

That's pretty sad that that's their best selling point. "Well melo, we sorta suck but we can make a show about you. How does that sound?" Lol weak selling point.

Think about it Kerrsed, the rumor since last weekend has been that the Suns want to pair LBJ with Melo or Bosh. Woj already put that out there. When Broussard saw Lull's tweet, do you think it would be much of a stretch for him to add "They discussed blah blah" to the tweet?

If I saw someone tweet, "Pau Gasol met with Riley" then I can easily make up BS and say "Riley met with Pau and discussed frontcourt possibility of 'Bron, Pau, Bosh".

Sarver might have been in CLE but Broussard didn't do sh*t to figure it out, Joe Lull did.

@ESPNMarkStein

ESPN sources say reps from Cavs, Suns, Rockets and Mavs have all met with agent Rich Paul in Cleveland while LeBron has been on vacation

I've always liked hawes, very underated passer. I think a lot of people haven't actually watched him play on this board. If we can get him for 5-7 a year I'd be up for it.
"Mannnnn I’m like the guy that pissed this whole board off saying literally all year no Mikal, no Mikal in the KD trade."
