Glad you got your guy though. I think he's an insane gamble but sometimes players are just due for a healthy season, y'know?
I know. Most of the guys i was looking at there were injured players. High Risk / High Reward. I was planning on Rose but heard some things that didnt sit well for me. Also his WC play wasnt good at all. Then i became all about Lopez (like i told you in the PM). But then i started looking at Kobe. From Kobe i went to Wade, and from Wade i went to Howard. I became set on Howard, but i couldnt pull the trigger due to him being a team killer in roto. No matter what his stats are, he will kill your team, which seems crazy, but its true. There is a reason he ended up being ranked #156 at the end of the season. Then it went back to the 4 injury ridden stars. Bad things all around, but from my research i began to have the most faith in Brook.
Someone has to play well in Brooklyn! With PP now in Washington and Garnette moving to starting PF, i think Brook is going to be a huge part of the team. Everything i have heard about his recovery has been good, hearing Lionel Hollins talk about how he plans to use Brook was great news, and knowing how Hollins has used Marc Gasol in the past made me have to take Lopez over the others.
Only thing that worries me is those damn rebounds! What is wrong with the Lopez Family??? How can you be over 7 feet tall and have NEVER averaged over 7 rebounds??? Thats just crazy. But when all is said and done, Lopez had top 15 value last season before he went down to injury. If he can provide that value this season, i can totally look past his softness on the boards.
Made this for this draft kit I worked on...he made the Casualty Ward section:

So yeah, he's due a healthy season, as is Horford!
