I hate having to wait. Feel like dude knows exactly where he wants to go. If it's not gonna be us I wish he'd just tell us already.

Gutting our team for LMA will be very interesting,

If Kieff, Mook and PJ are gone, what happens?

Knight/McNeal
Bledsoe/Booker/Goodwin
TJ/Bullock
LMA/Leuer
Chandler/Len

Thats a young team. Would rather keep PJ though. Ideal situation would be to keep Markieff too, but I dont think that's realistic.

Do we resign Gerald Green?

I would get rid of Marcus, and tucker, then give Portland the Cleveland pick and the protected Miami pick. It's a shame to separate the brothers again, but they know what the score is when they got in th NBA, Kieff is just too valuable to give up I think

We'll still have the full MLE to sign a guy, and Dragic's trade exception to trade for another guy. I think we'll be okay.

I think I read somewhere that Ish Smith might be coming back.

Hope is a strong emotion. Then again, disappointment is probably stronger.

For whatever reason, my posts are posting out of order. I posted that hope post after the sarcastic one...strange.

And that's what I hope our FO thinks too. Particularly if we're including picks in the deal also. This team is just a lot better going forward with a big rotation of Aldridge/Kieff and Len/Chandler than with PJ at SF.

Some may hate the idea, but has Mo Williams actually signed anywhere yet? Supposably we mentioned to LA that we were targeting a shooter. What other shooters are still available?

Looking at Gambo's recent tweets. Man, he's lost the plot. He actually knows nothing.

Disappointment is stronger because its after confirmation of the truth... and it lingers.

if these are true then trading Splitter to free space was the wrong thing to do for the Spurs.

But hope can remain. Our team could be solid regardless with that vet, our young guys getting better, and more frontcourt depth, in addition to a shooter in Booker. It would be a disappointment to not get Aldridge, but I don't think many even expected that chance.

I wonder what happened to Sunsdeuce, who claimed once again we do nothing.

Biggest reason I feel like this is all a ruse is because I don't think Spurs trade Splitter unless LMA's agent gave them a wink and a handshake at the end of the meeting.

Praying that I'm wrong.

Personally I don't think he fit what they are trying to do any more. Lowe wrote an article that said (I think in the finals against the Heat, and again against the Warriors) that he was useless because teams figured out they didn't have to guard him so they could double team others.

Oh yeah, moving Splitter like that with no Aldridge is a huge flub and very unspurs-like, stiilllll, it be pretty good 8-)

Thing is Suns meeting hadn't happened yet at end of Spurs meeting. Maybe Suns meeting changed things.

Return to Phoenix Suns
