I am curious, as a Heat fan, if Suns fans would prefer to keep Stoudemire or take Miami's supposed offer of D. Wright, Q. Richardson, M. Chalmers, D. Cook and a 1st rd pick (I am working under the assumption Miami is the only serious suitor pursuing Amare at this point)?

Speaking objectively, I can't see how the Suns can hang on to Stoudemire when, given so many teams will be far enough under the cap to sign him outright in the summer, it seems unlikely Phoenix will be able to get anything for him.

Speights is still (for some reason) considered untouchable in Philly. Daly/Iggy for Jrich/Amare is my guess. Maybe Barbs for LouWill too.

Sixers owner pretty stupid if he wants to cut cash and thinks trading a player with four years and $55m left compared to at most one year and $17.7m - thats a good job by the owner of the Sixers if he wants to cut costs. Turn down Amare for Iggy

Add in LB with one year left and Lou Williams with four and you really got a genius in 76er land.

Iggy - Dalembert and Lou for Amare - LB and JRich makes VERY good financial sense for the Sixers

I dont know what to think about Traxxe, nothing he said in the past month about Amare has shown any "insider information" its just the same info i find when i type in amare trade rumors on google. Still waiting for him to prove himself before i pass judgement though

In this Amare thing alone I told you the sixers weren't going to trade Iggy and were off the table before their GM announced it. I told you before hand about the extension offer coming, ballpark what the suns were offering, ect. Those things panned out.

I'm done with inside info. I wil post as a fan as I mentioned earlier but didn't follow through with. As for my contacts, I've always said they were open to failure. Since I'm done here with inside info I'll open up and say generically that my brother is an ESPN sports writer and another person in my 'family' is engaged to a Suns reporter.

That said, I'm done. Sunsbum and other dicks ruined it for everyone. It's too much of a job and stress to take my time, wake up early. Post what I hear. Etc. My name is private so my family is safe from being exposed. I trust the mods to keep it private.

Sign with the Heat or Team X for money

Arrange a sign and trade using the Suns Bird Rights to facilitate more money for Amare. Knowing Amare the way I think I do ($$$$) - he will want the sign and trade.

If your truly an insider you would not tell people about your family connections. Im sure the people who report for the Suns know who is engaged and could therefore expose you. Chad Ford is a complete buffoon. He's been saying "Amare is likely to get traded" for like the last 7 Februarys. I'm not even exaggerating.

Like any other player in this league, Amare wants to get paid. He ain't getting the max from ANYBODY, that includes Miami. Miami is a loooooooooong way off from competing in the east, they can't max Amare and expect to compete. If we offer him a fair extension, he'll take it. The problem is we refuse to offer him a fair extension and we have no leverage and the rest of the league knows it. I'm happy they didn't take the Cleveland trade, it was complete garbage, but if you aren't going to offer him something like 4 years 75 million and continue to lowball him then you better get SOMETHING for him. And when teams offer you crap like Cleveland did you hang up the damn phone and don't let the media run with it. Sooooooooo frustrating.
