I believe he has said in the past 24 hours or so that he thinks Bledsoe will take the QO, so Suns are probably pretty tight lipped about this.

Once they reach a deal and especially when the season starts, most people will forget about him and go back to liking him the same as before. There will be a few that hold a grudge though. I never blame the players for holding out though. Two of the best players on the Chargers held out a long time (Rivers and Gates).

Suns general manager Ryan McDonough and Bledsoe's representatives with Klutch Sports have gathered momentum in discussions over the past two to three days, and Wednesday is expected to be crucial in the push for the sides to finalize a deal, league sources said.

The Suns are believed to have pushed an initial four-year, $48 million offer into the $50 million range, sources said.

So do "we" think QO is now KO'd with this Woj news? Or do I have Kumbaya cranked a little too loud on my headphones?

56 Million for 4 years, player option on 3rd year.

Sounds like a win win for all.

4/52 is the offer on the table. Scheduled to talk with Bledsoe and agent on Wednesday.

We worked out arrangements for Zoran and are wanting to wrap up the offseason. Bledsoe has budged from his max deal stance.

Still not a done deal. They want a player option year 4. And came back with 4/54.

The roster is extremely unbalanced. Until we get some legit quality bigs, we are only going to be the feel good story of the nba.

There are certain individuals here who think the overall size of this team doesn't matter but thats completely false and something someone who has no idea what they are talking about would say. Best case scenario is this team will be the 2007 GS warriors with the current roster.

Bottomline: you have to have legit bigs to be a quality playoff team. So someone has to go.

Well personally I've never felt he'd take it. I'd say this probably almost confirms it. I'm actually surprised to hear anything before Sept 30th. I'm surprised Paul finally caved if he waited this long. He probably ran out of fake news to pull out of his hat.

I'm actually surprised they came back with 4/54. I would have expected them to come back with 4/60. Unless of course they came to us with 4/60 first, and we countered with 4/52. Then it makes more sense, but at that point I would have expected them to come back at 4/56.

I think they should go with 4/54 no player option. I'd rather go up to 4/56 then give the player option personally.

Well it's a great thing we got the best value FA in IT and it looks like we are going to sign Bledsoe so we will have good trade assets since we couldn't get any good bigs in free agency. It's obviously not for a lack of trying though, so not really worth whining about.

Can we stop using blade when referring to Bledsoe? There is no blade in Bledsoe. I can see dragonbled. But dragonblade is annoying and makes me think of
