Every year people fall for it. The NBA especially is easily the most predictable league on the planet. Every year people worry about the preseason, get scared about the Spurs "actually looking too old this year, no for real this time!", get scared about why a LeBron James team has been struggling over the last 10 games and whether they'll correct themselves, yada yada yada.

It's always the same thing. You'd think people would understand how this works by now. None of these players care about preseason and majority don't even care about the regular season. And don't get me started on the draft and how everyone's gonna be the next great player or how every draft pick sucks forgetting that every year, a handful of players spread out through the draft end up being great, good, or servicable and the vast majority end up garbage.

And yet, here fans are, like a stupid rat, doing the same thing and getting shocked over and over and over again.

Happens with all sports fans. But hey, that's the nature of the sports fan.

Boogie

I know the NBA's a business and all but that would be straight f***ed up to send IT back to SAC after he took a paycut to come play for us.

I'm not interested in trading IT unless it's an incredible deal. And I'm not interested in trading him to SAC even if it's an incredible deal.

IT is the one of the VERY few players in the past century who actually chose to sign with the Suns because he liked the team, FO, treatment, players, city etc.

We should not be in such a hurry to ship his ass out.

We just got IT in the offseason and people already want him traded. Only on realgm where a player doesn't get a chance to show his skills fans are too quick to judge.

Also, Suns won't ever sign Cousins cause of his bad attitude that would distrupt team chemistry.

How much is Goran signing for? Also at the end of Len's career will he be known as a serviceable journeyman or an impact C?

Goran will sign for 15 MD/ 4 year.

Alex Len will be like RoLo in Blazers (Not in Suns).

Unless we entertain moving Bledsoe, we have little to offer for a significant upgrade for the Front Line. May be some firesale will go on with Indy or Atl and we can get in the mix, but our initial offerings are hardly ones that will warrant a return call.

I think for the year, McDo and co will be circling like buzzards waiting for the right opportunity.
We can't swoop down and kill anything, but we might be able to partake in the carnage from the efforts of others.

I agree the nba is one of the most predictable sports.
One player means so much to a team.

But once you get to conference finals you don't really know what's going to happen.
Everything before that...

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

The Sixers are despicable. Every single person affiliated with that franchise should be castigated and humiliated publicly.

.....we should pick up this Arnett Moultrie guy.

IIRC Lance Blanks was a big Moultrie fan...

I don't understand why anyone would think Sacramento would trade Cousins for Isaiah Thomas. They didn't even want to keep IT and signed Collison rather than keep IT.

All Suns players have 10x their actual value. Archie/picks for Beal!

Hey, I hope you're right, but very few things are a given in professional sports. I hope Markieff comes out and tears it up. You have to admit he's looked pedestrian at best so far this pre-season. Same with Marcus. They have been eaten alive on defense and offensively they have been quite turnover prone. Maybe stretch PF was something they were just trying during the pre-season and he'll go back to the post and be productive once the season starts. I guess we'll see if your optimism is warranted soon enough.

I wish the Suns did throwback nights again this season. Way better than orange Friday's. So dumb.

What do you guys think about Thomas Robinson?

He seems like a really athletic PF with a lot of hustle and decent rebounder that could be a great back-up to Markieff and a great fit for our 2nd unit?

Lebron for the Morri? Throw in a pick and we'll talk

I don't think he does enough to warrant a trade for. Good hustle rebounder but he doesn't score at a high percentage, he's not a great shot blocker nor does he get to the line often either.

I think he would be better than Tolliver. Plus I think He would thrive in our system. The triple headed dragon will unleash his potential!

I would trade for him if we didn't have to give up much. He will also be a FA next season so we can wait and see what our tram drafts and signs in FA but he could be a cheap solution to our back up PF spot.

He's definitely better than Tolliver in that he brings a skill that is demonstrable on most nights but if we're considering the assets we'll have to move to get him, it's probably not worth what he brings.

I certainly consider him when in FA though.

What about a trade of something like tolliver + Len or Plumlee for Leonard + Robinson
