i was actually hoping they do not lose today. i can't see a team like the Lakers losing two in a row, so next game we are gonna get their best.

Damn. Lakers lost to the raptors just now. Looks like we might run into a buzzsaw on Tuesday. Without looking at the point differential, etc., I'll take Lakers 113-102.

Read on Twitter

I wouldn't say it was super deep.

Only about 10min or so. Basically goes into how he thought the Suns would be better than what most of the media expected. Both agreed Booker is legit and has been but needed a team and a secondary playmaker. It's nothing too interesting or new but it's cool to hear a national writer (and one I really like listening to) talk about the Suns in a positive manner

He still had to take shots like saying the whole league is still laughing their asses off that they traded Jackson by including picks. I'd rather have that cap space to resign/sign actual players than gamble on 2nd round picks. We've seen it time and time before a couple of million can make the difference between getting the player you want and them walking to another team.
Plus Jackson is gone completely from the organization. A 4th round pick so bad he may never play in another NBA game after only 2 years.

Alright guys new poll! How many games are the Suns winning...
This is for games 11-20 of the season, which does not include the next game against the Lakers.

Games include:
Nov 14 Hawks
Nov 18 Celtics
Nov 19 @Kings (back to back)
Nov 21 Pelicans
Nov 23 Wolves
Nov 24 @Nuggets (back to back)
Nov 27 Wizards
Nov 29 Mavericks
Dec 2 @Hornets
Dec 4 @ Magic

Hawks will be tough, I think we may see Carter back in the rotation a bit that game to see if he can wear out Trae Young a bit. Celtics are currently 7-1 and just blew out the Spurs in San Antonio. Kings are starting to get their groove back a bit after starting the season 0-5. Pelicans are struggling to find the right mix of player rotation still. Wolves I feel are overrated, but they have been playing well to start the season. Nuggets will always be tough, but at least we knock out but away games in Denver early on. We gotta play harder than the Wizards to beat them. Mavericks will be interesting. Hornets even in Charlotte could be a trap game, but is very winnable. Magic are 3-7 to start the season so that's alarming if you were a Magic fan.

Even being pessimistic I can only have us going maybe 4-6, perhaps 5-5. But the optimist in me says 8 wins. So I'm going to settle for 7. :D

Will also post this if anyone just wants to copy and paste their win/loss predictions

Spoiler:
Nov 14 Hawks
Nov 18 Celtics
Nov 19 @Kings (back to back)
Nov 21 Pelicans
Nov 23 Wolves
Nov 24 @Nuggets (back to back)
Nov 27 Wizards
Nov 29 Mavericks
Dec 2 @Hornets
Dec 4 @ Magic

My predictions
Nov 14 Hawks - W
Nov 18 Celtics - L
Nov 19 @Kings (back to back) - L
Nov 21 Pelicans - W
Nov 23 Wolves - W
Nov 24 @Nuggets (back to back) - L
Nov 27 Wizards - W
Nov 29 Mavericks - W
Dec 2 @Hornets - W
Dec 4 @ Magic - W

We have our first back to back losses for the season that come off a back to back. Celtics beat us by two, and then Kings wanted revenge after we embarrassed them in the season opener. Nuggets we lose yet again because our guys aren't used to that air. We then go on a four game win streak, and Suns play very well against Eastern Conference teams.

It'll be tough, but it would be quite amazing. Say we lose to the Lakers tomorrow, we'd end up being 13-7 at the 20 game mark. That'd be awesome!

games 1-4: 31.3
games 5-9: 20.8

Suns opponents fouls per game:
games 1-4: 27.0

EDIT: BTW, Suns game #4 was against the Jazz, when that shot clock controversy happened...

Sorry for being lazy but can you compare these numbers to our DefRtg and OffRtg?

There are a lot of games we "should" win over the next 10 games after the Lakers. Celtics have been playing good basketball, Nuggets in Denvers on a back to back is basically a scheduled loss, and Dallas should be an interesting match-up. We should be able to make every game at least interesting though. I'm expecting around 7-3, but I'm hoping we can find a way to end up 15-5 after the first 20. Either way, I think we'll be taken pretty seriously if we end up above .500 after 20 games.

This data worries me. I think we highly depend in our intensity and this shows that we are taking the foot of the pedal.
