Because they care about they end result, for the company (team). Again I think your perspective is based on YOUR job, which apparently you do not like.

I guess if you enjoy doing nothing or whatever then I get you. But if you do something that you love as your job (basketball), I think it's different.

Guys, we got IT last summer. When Dragic says "it's 2 years"...what the hell happened last season that pissed him off so much? Is it Eric?

I mentioned numerous times, we have several bad eggs on the team. I catch this negativity vibe with the MoBros, Tucker, Green, and IT. They are cancerous. Dragic doesn't appear to enjoy playing with them. Probably because these guys only care about their own stats then winning. At least thats my interpretation. But it would be difficult to trade 5 players as opposed to just trading Dragic (and his brother). Oh, and I bet Plumlee doesn't like this guys either. Why else would Plumlee request a trade? He isn't gonna get much playing time elsewhere, but if the situation (chemistry wise) was bad enough, I can see him just wanting a change of scenery.
If we wanted to appease Dragic, trade IT/Warren Lakers 1st for Tobias Harris/Frye. Get Dragic his BFF. Trade MoBros/Tucker for David West. Trade Gerald Green for Jared Dudley. Bet he stays at this point.
Bled/Dragic/Harris/West/Len
Ennis/Goodwin/Dudley/Frye/Wright

You gotta wonder if anyone is going to like playing with these guys. I say ship them all out and shake it up big time. They all have some trade value. None will fetch nothing.

Thank you. I was starting to feel like I was the only one who was catching this. These players need to change themselves or change their address.
