Exactly my thoughts.

It's almost like having sex with a hot girl who has a sex addiction. Yeah, you just nailed a perfect 10, but she banged a bunch of dudes before you and she's going to bang a bunch of dudes after you. As you said, our championship would be tainted.

So Miami's last two championships are tainted? They're not "real" titles.

Since the Suns are closing in on 50 years without a title, I suppose beggars can't be choosers.

Finally we are rumored to be interested in someone who isn't a guard or a washed up scrub.

Bring McRob here!

You'd have to be a REAL Negative Nancy to have a cry if we won with Lebron. If that's the case, then there really is no pleasing you.

How does Bledsoe leave with LeBron because LeBron has an opt out after year 2? Are Bledsoe and LeBron both gonna be playing under the same contract?

If the Suns can't get Lebron + Bosh/Melo...

I'd rather max out Greg Monroe then sign anyone else. Pau is old, Gordon would just be another wing player, and there aren't any other 4 or 5's available with all star potential.

I guess the Suns feel that perhaps Monroe wouldn't be an upgrade from Markieff Morris?????

I think Frye is gonna get a contract roughly 1.5mil less per year than whatever Hawes gets.

No to Monroe. He can't defend a chair, doesn't have much of an up and down game and Id much rather we take a chance on Pau for 2 years until Len is ready than locking Monroe up for 5 years.

I sort of read that as misdirection by their agent and Miami. Let people think they are still working to lock up Bosh and Wade so other teams think there is still a chance and to wait while Miami look to grab other FA's. Perhaps I'm crazy.

That's what I'm getting as well. If the Suns just stand there waiting for LeBron and get spurned in the end while the other teams that moved on from waiting for LeBron sign all the good FAs, I think McD will lose a ton of credibility around the league.

I don't think McD is that stupid. Agents always say BS to do whatever is best for their client.

This sucks so now no team wants Frye and he will just end up back with us eating our cap space and chucking/bricking 3s.

What happened to all the teams that wanted him so bad lolol.

Gross. Max out Monroe? I'd rather give Bledsoe the max, keep Channing Frye (let Tucker go) and sign absolutely no one else than go after Monroe. Hope that the Wolves don't trade Love and we can try to get him next summer.
Because a player is old shouldn't dissuade you of what they could still bring to the roster. Tim Duncan/Manu Ginobli are old as dirt and they helped the Spurs win a championship. Pau relies on good footwork to score and not his athleticism. He would be more than welcomed here.
Hayward is a good third/fourth option. He isn't a good first option as evidence of his poor shooting effort this past season, but with him Dragic/Bledsoe they would make a really good trio of offensive threats.

They checked the Suns RealGm board to see what our own analyst/fans have to say about him. Realized he goes on dry spells for weeks and reckon that other player might be more valuable (and clutch) come playoff time.

If he leaves then yes. The Heat become a shattered squad. Have to rebuild from scratch without the aid of player collusion... Their fans are left choking on the dust as their Savior gallops off into the sunset towards another kingdom to conquer.

lebron likes to win but he found out its much easier with a stacked deck... It will be his curse, his mustard stain on his legacy lapel. In his mind, accumulating the most rings will make him the best.... But he'll never be the best 'Bull' or 'Laker' or 'Celtic' .... Those labels are much more valuable and belong to guys who have the stones to endure. Kobe could have gone anywhere 2 or 3 times but he stuck it out. It was his team. LA was his town. MJ owned Chicago...Bird was Boston.

Like some one said, James is a mercenary,,, and mercenaries are heartless, soulless, whores for hire. He just happens to be the most expensive one. Yup, he''ll show you a damn good time. Then grab his money off the dresser and leave without so much of a thank you. It's all about him. What happened to the 7 rings he promised? Nope, the going got tough so it's time to get going....

You watch and see if doesn't have an opt out, wherever he goes. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't bet against it.

We need to hype up Frye so that he draws attention from other teams.

Frye is a beast look at his +/-, their better than Jordan's and 'Bron's combined. Him and Dragic had top pick and roll duo so come on NBA teams, don't you want Frye running pick and roll with your PG lololol Frye is the best screener in the league!

He knows we have very little to lose by not coming away with Lebron in the LBJ sweepstakes. Even without Lebron, we are still a young up-and-coming team which has cap space and assets to improve on a 48 win season. Without Lebron, Miami is nothing. LA are desperate for the next superstar. Cleveland are a joke of a team who would bend over backwards just to have Lebron look their way again.

i don´t think the suns end up with lbj.. if they do and he stays for 2 oder 3 years i would be fine with it. if he is the chosen one to bring our first title i would love it. so i don´t get the discussion about not bringing the best baller right now to our team. but again, i don´t think it will happen

I was ready to cut ties with Frye, too. I wouldn't mind him back for cheap but it does little to solve our rebounding/post defense/post scoring issue.
