Most likely trading the trouble makers on our team. I like it. Dragic making a great move by forcing the Suns to trade certain players or he won't resign.

Hahahahahahaha oh man. I really love this. This is what the trade deadline is all about. Just entertaining the thought of Dragic staying after all of this is too much.

I have been reading this entire forum, like i assume a lot of people who don't have accounts have been doing. First of all, i'd like to give you a kudos for actually sticking up against 3rd Side. He and SF88 seem to be on the Dragic side supporting a player rather than a team. However, to be honest i think 3rd side is getting what he wants. Either he is trolling the forum looking for replies by baiting that Dragic has done basically nothing wrong or he actually believes what he is saying and is completely taking Dragic's side of the Phoenix Suns side. Either way. i personally wouldn't even bother replying to him as, if no one replies to him there is more chance he may actually shut up and not post "facts" and complain about people blaming Dragic on hearsay (which is ironic when he is actually blaming everyone else (McD, Sarver, IT, Morris Twins, The Coach) on heresay (other than the McD signing of IT which is a fact that that has caused some chemistry issues).

I just wanted to give you some support as i, like you and most on this board, support the PHOENIX SUNS and not GORAN DRAGIC as an individual. I have been pissed off all day at 3rdside so just wanted to give you some support.

Don't have a problem with 3rdside wanting Dragic , or not wanting Dragic . I do have a problem with someone calling someone " Stupid " ,,,or an " Idiot " , and publicly questioning their IQ .

So when 3rdside shows another member his " backside " rather than keeping it civil . He's got issues.

Let's see what McD and Babby are made of

Call Dragic's bluff

Trade IT

Say mea culpa

Take Dragic out to dinners ease the pain mend the relationship

last summer didn't seem like Bledsoe was going to resign here. Guess what he did.

Same thing can happen with Dragic. We get rid of IT at the deadline free up time for him adjust the offense have him and Bledsoe evenly split the ball handling duties Dragic gets more touches he'll be a happy camper and want to stay in Phoenix.

Put the sales skills to work McD time to make it happen. We're not going to get anything for Dragic no team will trade for him knowing he's going to leave and go to LA, NY anyway so not like we're missing out on a big package of players/picks coming back.

Go all in and call his bluff and see if we can repair the relationship and resign him. We're a better team with Bled/Dragic long term and no IT.

Kerssed's source said they've known for a long time, Woj's source says they were blindsided. Someone's wrong.

I was fuming when I read WTF's "snarky" comment, so I replied back with fire coming out my ears... But my reply to him is purely telling him that at that moment, I didnt need "petty" crap... I was "literally" breathing fire from reading Dragic's comments. :)

But someone decided to "get serious" and started throwing personal insults based on grammar/spelling/English related matters. If I was paid to post on these boards and my performance was judged on content/grammar/spelling, I'll be more careful. But its the message in the post that counts (generally).

I agree. It was just funny to see that pointed out. Because when I actually think of comments literally, it is funny.

Alright, goodnight guys. Try not to write 40 pages while I'm sleeping. It took so long to catch up this morning.

JTrain wrote:Two things.

1. I will be happy if the word "fanboy" never gets used again in this thread. Pure cringe.

2. The major dictionaries recently added another definition of literally, so the grammar police here are actually wrong and need to review the recent bylaw changes prior to reporting for duty :P

I think you missed some qualifying comments - we (myself and Zelyan (sp?) agreed that you can use it how you like but I qualified by saying.

1. I picked up on it because 1UPZ made a dumb statement (the content of the statement, not the word 'literally') based on heresay and, while I wasn't the original grammar policeman, I used it as ammunition anyway to discredit 1UPZ, which may have been excessive, but it's hard to absorb ridiculous statements without saying something. If someone talks **** they need to be ready to have it thrown back in their face.

2. Seeing as I live in England I can tell you first hand it is wise not to use it incorrectly. You most definitely lose credibility doing so, rightly or wrongly, therefore it's a fair point for me to make that if you use it on here incorrectly you would also lose credibility. Again, slightly excessive as it's a message board, particularly an American one, but see above about talking ****.

3. I had a reply written out to BSfan but the ignore list is far more effective. First person in 18 years that i've done that to although i've never posted as much in that time as I have in the last 48 hours. I clearly have too much time up my sleeve but it's fun to be involved in a sh*tstorm like this even though the Phoenix Suns brand is being trashed.

I'm definitely of the view that we should trade IT and whatever for Afflalo. Hand the reigns over to Bled and let him and the young guys run the show. End the madness.

It would make me sick if after all the stuff that Dragic has said about our organization, we cater to his complaints and beg him to resign this offseason. If you bad mouth the Suns in my opinion you're gone. I don't care if you're #1 on the depth chart or #15. Dragic is not a difference maker that will put us over the edge. Send him packing for the best package and get over it.

Doc Rocket strikes me as a guy that listens to a lot Alex Jones and drinks a lot of off-brand Mountain Dew.

If I had to guess, McD has long been wanting to deal Dragic. Sarver does not. Boston pulling out of the negotiations could have been because McD let Ainge know Sarver would not allow Dragic to be traded. Sarver was at odds with Bryan Colangelo, Steve Kerr, David Griffin, and possibly now McD, and it's frustrating for these GMs not to be able to be fully in charge.

I don't agree with Sarver on many of his moves, and it's long been a source of frustration with me. But as long as Sarver owns the team we are going to have to live with it. I hope Sarver doesn't end up coming so much at odds with McD that McD is gone, because for the most part, I think McD has done a good job. I think last offseason we should not have signed IT in hindsight, but hindsight is 20/20. At the time I thought it was a pretty good value signing, and I was wrong.

While I don't think Dragic is at fault for too much prior to today, his actions today are pretty inexcusable. Hopefully Sarver comes to see that.

At the same time, I do think cap space is just as valuable as taking a crap trade and take on salaries we don't need.
