Because they want Jackson and Jackson is expected to go somewhere in the Top 4 picks. I would hope that Phil isn't entirely senile so that he at least recognizes that a New York team giving a Boston team a young potential superstar in a trade probably wouldn't go over very well.

Trade him to Phoenix so if he tears it up, it'll at least be in a different timezone.

I wouldn't even offer that much. #4, Dragan Bender and the Miami pick next year for Porzingis. If they want to salary dump Noah then they get to take back Knight with them.

I would do anything to get Booker and Porzingis together. Especially if it meant we can keep a few small pieces like Ulis (no pun intended) and Warren together.

I would be perfectly okay with a Suns team that has Booker, Porzingis, Warren, Ulis, Jones Jr, Dudley, Barbosa and a bunch of random FA signees or 2nd rd pick players. If we can keep Bender too then more power to us. Trade everyone else and trade all Heat picks and just keep our own future picks and that's all we need.

With a combination of Booker and Porzingis, the Suns immediately have the two of top 3 under 22 players on the same team. I'd argue we then have a better core than Minnesota and only the Bucks would be ahead of us in the rebuilding stage.

Porzingis and Booker were in the same draft and can be teammates for 6-7 years. Are the Knicks still paying Allan Houston deferred money cause we'll take that too.

I'd rather have Knight than Noah, by far. How about Knight/4/MIA 18 for Zinger, though. We get Zinger and clear cap, the cost is the MIA pick. Jackson keeps getting more assets. Knight can rehab his rep in NY. Doubt they go for it, but it's a thought.

I seriously hope Ainge doesn't take Jackson on purpose just so that we don't have the ability to trade him plus whatever for Porzingis.

Ainge can be a douchebag like that, but he still ****ing owes McD for the IT trade.

The best teams don't win trades, they win the best players.

If the Lakers were slick they could add Porzingis, trade for Paul George(Randle+ 2 1st rounders) and sign Chris Paul in FA.

I know he had a great rookie year but struggled last season.
