My guess it was discussed. Could always be revisited this offseason. With Isaac, it still might make sense for both teams.

Coming to terms with reality.
No 40 wins
No playoffs
Book was exposed at the all star game*

The first two I’m sure of.
*the last one, I still have hope he can become a consistent star. Right now he is an absolute stud 30% of the time, and a role player the rest of the time.

Good news is Ayton is starting silencing more doubters daily.

Starting to lose interest in this season. I’m ready to look for next year.

To be fair there should be an asterisk next to any game against the wolves since they haven't bothered to play a lick of defense in months. :)

I'm mainly impressed with the playmaking from that spot, and in his last 5 games his assists have been 12, 6, 4, 7, 9 and the 5 games before that were 4, 5, 5, 4, 5. So over the last 10 he's averaging 6.7 apg. I just love that type of court vision and bbiq offensively. You already know he can rebound, defend, and be an elite finisher as well.

Aaron Gordon (predictably) turning it up several notches and Kelly Oubre (unpredictably) tearing his meniscus and missing extended time really sucks to see. I’m one of the few people who would have traded them straight up but I’m guessing most everyone here would be willing to do that now.

I wonder if that's the hip that Cam had red flagged by teams. Hopefully we can contain Bender and Chriss tonight.

You saw what Knigtmare did it to us last night. :nonono:

Imagine Chriss and Bender torching Baynes/Diallo all game long tonight.... I can see it. I will throw up.
Oh my... AYTON HAS TO PLAY.

We’re one sharpshooter and a healthy season away from being contenders. Our 3 best players are about 5 years away from being in their prime. Stop all the crying and complaining and enjoy the progress and potential of this team.

Contenders for what? A first round playoff exit, sure. Anything beyond that? Not close.

What are we done with? Playoffs? That was done in December lol.

This training staff is a joke, we may be on pace to have most missed games due to injury in NBA history. And this is barely their 1st season on the job. Good lord...

This is why Cam was on the injury report

Actually Phoenix is about middle of the pack when it comes to games lost by injury this season.

There are a lot of big time players who have missed a lot of games. Curry, Klay, Durant, Kyrie, Towns, Zion, Otto Porter, Markkanen, Oladipo, Lillard, Jaren Jackson, Nurkic, Embiid, Siakam, FVV, Brogdon, Draymond Green, etc.

I think we may need to call in Herman Edwards for a speech.

How many of those games missed were due to severe/long-term injuries? Ours have been more of the nickel and dime variety. The kind a good training staff is suppose to help prevent.
