Ok, this wasn't exactly the pick I was planning on making, but...

The GS Warriors, with the 288th pick select:

Image

Bill Walker!

We realize that we do not have a backup PF at this point, but we feel that it is necessary to have a real point scorer behind Granger at SF in case Granger were to fall at any point during the season due to injury. We LOVE Walkers athleticism and shooting ability as a spark off the bench and backup to our star. The Warriors organization also appreciates the contract of one Bill Walker, and is hoping that his attitude can be mended.

Damn. Bill Walker slipped. I was actually thinking about drafting him a couple of rounds back, but then I already have good players at the SF so I had to let him go.

The Pacers have announced their latest pick, welcome

Image

Reggie Williams!

Here's what the Pacers GM TASTIC had to say:

The Pacers are ecstatic to introduce another talented young player to their rotation. Scoring swingman Reggie Williams brings his nose for the ball to the Pacers bench, and he will see extensive minutes backing up the 2-3 spots with some spot minutes at the 4. They are pleased with his contract and feel he is exactly the sort of hard working hustle player who has worked his way to the NBA and will give his all for the team. They were close to drafting him with their previous pick, so are very pleased he slipped to the 11th round.

The Pacers remain in talks with potential suitors for Carmelo Anthony.

It's believe they are looking for a star to replace Anthony, specifically a ball handling scoring SG, or an upgrade at PF or C…Insiders tell us the Pacers GM are preparing to make an offer for either Dwight Howard or Chris Paul and Andrea Bargnani…wink wink

Other players believed to be available for the right price are…everyone…except Anthony Randolph.

Dammit. I had Reggie Williams on my radar since Round 3. Hopinh he would drop to my 295 pick. :(

Barea is an interesting one. His offense is good, but he's a liability on defense. Still, good value at this stage of the draft.

Thanks for picking. I have been extremely busy with school work and some other stuff lately. Qwigglez said he send you the same list of players he wanted.

I will try to keep up as much as I can.

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

The Blazers await a call from the Pacers on such an offer. ;)

EDIT: They would be glad to hear from the Pacers before their upcoming pick!
