It's one of the reasons I think trading Warren will be a huge mistake. He is working hard to get better and only care about basketball. But yeah, it's not something that $arver would appreciate.

I would kill for someone with those skills on this team.

I miss SO MUCH Steve Nash and Grant Hill...

Probably two of my favorite all time Suns. Why we didn't make sure at least one was on the floor at all times is beyond me.

I want them to keep Warren. That is why on my list to get cap space - the first is to move the FRP not Zion ; followed by Josh than WArren. I do hope that Jones and Bower see the value of TJ WArren maybe more than Sarver does. If those reports are true

The Suns have the 8m of cap space - lets say now. Moving Josh and that FRP would get tham another 15m or so - maximum I get that. But if they can get to 20-22m -0 they should be able to get a solid PF and a good solid veteran PG to help the team.

Anyone have any insight on where they are building near 44th and Camelback? Not sure what land they are going on.

[Aminu is garbage

No insight...just guess work

The SW and SE corner property seem improbable

My guess would be NE of the intersection, perhaps in connection to the CB racquet club. NW also has plenty of "opportunities"

My guess is Red Rock Road. Only currently available area with acreage around there. The street is phenomenal and known for its views and the open lots are some of the highest on Camelback Mountain (Within spitting distance from Copenhaver Castle). It gets off the main road which millionaire Basketball players would love so they arnt hounded by us peasants and mere mortals.

Having a practice facility in an area like that will blow FA's minds. Saw an empty 1 acre lot just sold for $728K while there is another one currently for sale with almost 2 acres for a little over $1M. Sarver says he is spending somewhere between $28M to $50M on this practice facility, so grabbing a prime piece of land for a little over a Million is nothing.

Well Toronto is probably ****. Going to be such an interesting summer for them. I can't see kawhi returning, Danny Green is also probably going to walk and he's been decent for them. They will have lowry $33mil, Gasol $25 mil, ibaka $25mil, Powell $10mil, van Vleet $10mil. That's $103 mil for 5 guys and I'm not sure any are super moveable for anything of value.

They can either run it back with a worse team and limp to a 7 seed type year and let most of that money fall off. Or I guess you try to give away some of those guys for minor assets and tank. No real great short term solution.

If they lose Leonard, I think we really need to make a run at Lowry. I know people aren't high on him but a deal involving Tyler, Warren, and/or Jackson would probably interest them. We get a capable large expiring PG and they get an asset or 2.

Yeah it shouldn't be option A this offseason but definitely something to consider if other things fall through. I like it best if the suns happen to win the lottery and get Zion because then the PF spot is taken care of. If not then it gets a little dicey because lowry makes so much damn money that if it was just Johnson and one of Warren or Jackson the suns would be taking on more money and eliminating any space they would have to chase a PF.

I would do Tyler and Josh for Lowry. I still think Warren has value as a 6th man type. If you swing that deal - probably have the cap space to sign a player like Thad Young for PF.

Lowry is a good solid professional player. He would help the young players thats for sure

Unless the Raps took both Warren and Jackson along with Johnson the suns cap space would basically be gone. And I highly doubt the raps will want to take on additional salary because they will be pushing up against the lux tax.

They really shouldn't have traded for Gasol. He's pretty washed and his $25mil next year is not great for them. Hell they might be better on the court right now with Val and Wright.

Gambo said yesterday that he knows that we are gonna be interested in TJ McConnel this summer.

He will be a FA and Monty Williams is currently with him on the Sixers, he has ties in Arizona and he can help Booker/Ayton with his great court vision.

To me, TJ McConnell is a sideways move at best.

He’s not a starting PG in this league so yeah... rather just roll with Okobo/Melton for now. It’s not wise to commit to a backup before we find our starter.

TJ is pretty much an older version of Tyler Johnson. I understand the move if Johnson gets moved, but makes no sense whatsoever to have both on the roster.
