Yeah, I was on the fence about Flex before, but first no Thad Young deal and now this "I knew, but didn't say anything".

I gotta think he's just full of **** at this point.

Schultz has not been accurate in his career
But as has been said - missing out on a FA signing or trade is one thing
Accusing an owner of racism, sexism, etc - would get him bounced

As for Flex - he has read his own press clippings.

I don't think anyone is celebrating him being sexist or racist, but there are very few that actually like him as an owner. When I first read it, I can't say I was surprised based on what I know about the guy. It didn't seem like a totally outlandish thing to me. That said, you can certainly be a total POS without being racist or sexist, but those things do tend to go hand in hand.

Twitter overall is a very toxic place, so it can't be extrapolated to the general population, but there are numerous replies to tweets stating that "I hope this story is true". To me, that's a bit sick. If we want to live in a world free of sexism and racism, how about we say "I hope this isn't true because that would mean fewer people were harmed or mistreated". I think this is just an odd mix of emotion for people seeing as how Robert will never step down out of incompetence, so this seems to be the one way out of this mess for suns fans.

The thing that's making me think Flex is really just hot air is that he always says he knows about EVERYTHING which is rarely how things work. Even the national guys like Woj and Shams don't have everything because they have different contacts and sources that give them different stuff. Flex feeling like he needs to be 'in the know' about every Suns story to me, proves that he doesn't really know much at all.

Maybe Schultz is right and we're about to see Sarver under the impact of a lethal Kame-hame-ha

But could happen it's just a punch from Krilin or Yamsha (meaning Sarver pays a fine, appears at TV saying he's very sorry and nothing else happens)

Let's moderate expectations.

Another to keep in mind, Woj and Bobby Marks recently ripped Robert Sarver. I think they’ve known about it, too but couldn’t say anything after the investigation is done. Everything is starting to add up. Bye Sarver!!!

He's somewhat of a social media grifter in that he consistently remains vague in his sharing of information, And never truly has any legitimate news or information to break. He also always claims that he can't divulge his sources, Which would be understandable IF his information was ever forefront upon release. But unfortunately again, it's always something that already in general circulation.

It's disappointing, because he seems like a genuinely cool dude. I just have never ( as of yet) seen any legitimate information broken directly by him. But he is more entertaining than Gambo himself.

Wow, the racism part is weird considering we are I think the only team with a Black GM and a Black coach. He also owns the WNBA (though some imply that owning teams comprised mostly of Black players is a form of racism and I guess they could argue the same for women...though that's going overboard).

It wouldn't surprise me though. He loved Nash. There was that Russillo piece that said that Sarver was enamored with Luka...went to see him and it was actually McD that wanted Ayton and (and he had always said they would take a big)...of course the story that everyone always jumps to is that Sarver wanted Ayton over Luka..it was all him (even though we all know McD didn't want Luka for sure...didn't even go see him).

But with Sarver, even those discussions with Raja and Amare people could take a certain way today and is treatment of people in the past in general as well. I have no idea about the women part. Never heard anything about that.

In a way it all would actually surprise me since I have never heard of this kind of stuff at all and have read so much about the Suns over the years and he hires James Jones, Monty, Terry Porter, Alvin Gentry, etc.

Two of his Senior VPs are female as well, including the Suns legal counsel, so that would also be strange.

And of course, there is, also the fact, that Jordan Schultz is about the worst source there is.

I wonder what the NBA would do if they owned the Suns like they owned the Hornets (now Pelicans).

Hopefully if a sale is forced, we get a very rich basketball savvy owner who is not terribly hands on (no pun intended).

Well I'm actually not going whole "parade mode" even though i don't like Sarver and always gave me POS of a human being vibes. As a fan of the team it sucks that organization is being connected with something like this. Unfortunately nothing would surprise me. If the accusations are true i hope he kicked out of the league and punished truly. Also i hope this won't become a huge distraction for the team and rest of the organization get through this process as upstanding as possible.

It sucks that his departure might be like this but for the last f. time SARVEROUT!

Well one good thing on this is if it's truly a legitimate story with Saver, Then there should be some level of discussion by the NBA, etc on this tonight since it pertains to the suns.

Do you truly expect the Suns to win the finals this year?
