I disagree, you look at everytime people propose a trade for Cousins or George and there's always a deal breaker like too many first round picks or Goodwin or Warren is included.

I guess that's true, but I doubt their goal is that we stay stuck between the 8th and 10th seed. They just have really high expectations for those certain players, and perhaps hope THEY are transcendent.

Can't help but be encouraged after watching Chandler and Knight's press conferences. It seems like Bledsoe is happier and trying more too even though I don't think anybody will ever be paying him to become a public speaker anytime soon.
Starting to get excited for the season. I think we have a legitimate shot at the playoffs and surprising some people. Can't lose 6 games at the buzzer two years in a row right?

I think working out with Bledsoe did him real good. Hope he can finish at the rim better now cause he's been among the worst guards at finishing at the rim.
I'm impressed too.
Looking at his old videos with Bucks, he's way stronger now.

So is it safe to assume Marcus has grown the same scruffy looking beard as Markieff? Or maybe they are finally differentiating themselves now that they are separated.

I didn't get that impression. It seemed as if he knew his antics were childish, and he didn't want to talk about it anymore. It will come down to how he plays. I feel we got the main growth of cancer off the team in Marcus.
As for the other interviews....damn I'm getting excited for the new season. Tyson's interview was great, as well as Brandon's. I like how both Eric and Brandon mentioned Price multiple times. I knew Price would be a solid pickup.

I'm beginning to think Morris likes messing with authority way too much. His responses yesterday at show and tell came off as, "I'm just going to say the right thing" and I'm guessing he's just waiting for the next opportunity to ruffle feathers. Hopefully he plays hard on the court.

Keef isn't happy. It's obvious. He's saying what he is saying because he has no leverage.
Once the season comes he will either play like a man on a mission or play like complete garbage.
His brother looks miserable too.

Tough life lesson for both of them. But probably really needed.

I cannot believe they both are growing beards. Unreal. I wonder if they hold eachothers vaginas while they pee too.

This. Suns gave them a gift wrapped present of being able to play together on the same team for a half decade. One of them was a starter, and the other was a starter for a good percentage of the season. Oh yeah, Suns paid them $52million for the honor of letting un-naturally close twins live their dream.
MoBros actions both on and off the court ruined their dream. Deep down, they both know they are responsible for this situation.

I also believe Kieff is secretly relieved to no longer have Marcus on the team. When the twins are together, there is too much Adult Drama in the room, and on the court. Kieff is much better character-wise when he stands on his on two feet. He's certainly not an angel, but he seems like an ok guy and I think will be completely engaged with the coach and other players.
I'm not saying I would be ok with this, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Kieff still on this team for another year or two.

Re: Suns Offseason Thread V: I Am My Brother's Kieffer
Under the McDonough office, two things are consistent:
1. No one talks. No one breaks news.
2. The Suns office calls the shots. Players don't make calls.
Regarding #1, While it sucks that our board no longer knows inside information, the lack of leaks allows the front office to strike and keep the element of surprise. I'm sure that eventually we will hear more about the entire MoBro's situation from their locker room conduct, to their assault charge, to their trade demands. In the meantime, we can only use common sense and read between the lines.
Regarding #2, I love it. We didn't bow down to Bledsoe/Rich Paul, we didn't bow down to Dragic, and we didn't bow down to the Morris brothers. We are building a San Antonio type culture. Team first. Team players. Respect. Hard work. Hustle. This might cost us some wins in the short term, but in the long term, it will pay off.

Which is why I love the Tyson Chandler addition, regardless of his price tag.

This is a tough call.
I think Keef really does believe in FOE. I think he does feel shafted by the organization. I think deep down, he knows he has to protect Marcus and keep him in line. Being separated now limits his ability to keep his brother from being an idiot.
I also think that he feels further disrespected that it was our plan to sign LMA outright (after shipping away his brother) and then likely trade him (it was either him or PJ) to Dallas for a Chandler S&T.
I think deep down he knows that if Marcus hadn't caused problems in the locker room and initiated the assault, the Suns wouldn't have looked to break them up, but in this situation, a bothers love overpowers common sense and reason.
I think a lot will depend on how we start the year. I think if the team bonds and plays well, he will be motivated and he will play well. By Christmas, he might even be happy.
I think if the team struggles and locker room drama rises, then he will be inconsistent and he will force us to trade him by the deadline.
But I think Chandler could really make the difference. Bledsoe and PJ will also help sell him.

Re: Suns Offseason Thread V: I Am My Brother's Kieffer
I'm wicked excited now. We've got great potential. Two HUGE defensive bigs, two athletic guards who look to be in great shape. Young players ready to pop.
Bledsoe/Price
Knight/Weems/Booker/Goodwin
PJ/TJ
Keef/Teletovic/Leur
Chandler/Len
TJ's ready for minutes at SF.
Archie and Booker have potential, but they'll need to beat out the vets to earn minutes.
