Nice! That means this will be an exciting summer!

I just hope the Suns stay out of the Kawhi thing - let other teams get involved

I don't trust Ryan against Buford - easy as that. Plus the assets to give up for him - plus he is not signed long term.

Noah, Porzingis for Kawhi

Also, if he does get moved, I hope it's not to Boston or LA. Let him go to a team like Toronto or the Wiz. Someone who needs a jolt in star power where he could make an impact too.

My wildcard is Portland for CJ.

I won't offer more since he wants out and he is an expiring.

No.

Too much for an expiring star that wasnt happy with one of the best run organizations in the league, he wouldnt be happy here and would hit FA in 2019 looking for much much much greener pastures.

Everyone needs to forget about Kawhi (Unless its us getting other players in a 3-way).

I'm pretty surprised by the Kawhi news. I really thought he would play nice with the Spurs, sign his super max then in a year or two when Pop retires use that as an excuse to force a trade while still getting all his money. To leave all that cash on the table he must REALLY want out.

I'm predicting an Ingram and Ball for Kawhi type deal go down. Seems like decent value for SA and for the Lakers it removes the Ball issue with chasing LeBron. If that were to happen it makes the Paul George sweepstakes very interesting because that pretty much rules out him going to the Lakers.

Exactly. He would have to come out and say he wants to extend in PHX to even consider such a move and that's not happening.

Pelton wrote how the Lakers can get all three

right now they can afford two of them no problem by renouncing everybody (anybody want RAndle) and stretching Deng - I think

so it would be a trade - not sure i would help the Lakers get Kawhi by taking Kuzma for a 1st to ship to some team that wants Deng - but same time, Suns need to do what they need to do and if they can get Kuzma for a 1st to ship Deng elsewhere and the Lakers get all three - so be it

I don't really think all three end up there. It's hard from a salary cap standpoint because I'm not sure the Spurs take Deng even if the Lakers offer both Ingram and Ball. While I guess you can probably find a way to make it work I'm not sure those three really fit together either. If the Lakers do find a way to get the money to both trade for Kawhi and sign two max guys I would think Chris Paul is a more likely 3 guy with Bron and Kawhi than George. This probably increases the chances George stays in OKC. Hell while I still find it unlikely it might even increase the odds the Suns could at least get a meeting with George.

Ball/Ingram/Frye and a few picks for Kawhi is what it will be.

With Ball gone and Kawhi in tow, Lebron signs. That makes Paul Georges decision to leave OKC even easier.

Yeah, that definitely should NOT get it done. Honestly nothing they have at all should get it done. But star players get what they want and so it will happen. If the suns wanted to trade for him, everyone would claim that the number one plus booker AND JJ wouldn't be enough.

I'm kind of sick of players demanding trades and getting to go where they want. I hope the Spurs say "screw you" and don't trade him to the Lakers.

I guess NY is another possible destination. I don't see how they would get it done without Porzingis. Even a package of 8, French Frank, and future picks seems light. Now if they offered a package around Porzingis that could be interesting.

i tend to agree with the notion the Spurs should not help the Lakers
get him out of the West

and by the way Ingram Deng and the 25 WILL NOT GET IT DONE!!

Time to swoop up on randle, what if OKC blows it up and trades westbrook? SA might trade LMA? Wait for the aftershocks and panic moves McD

I think the Aldrigde thing is something to keep an eye on. If SA decided to take a step back for a mini rebuild it could make sense to move him and he's already expressed interest in Phoenix. I wouldn't give up a ton for him but I wouldn't rule him out either.

I like Randle but kind of worry about his fit next to Ayton. Not ruling him out but would have to really think about it more because it could be a spacing and D problem.
