I was thinking. If you are LeBron, who do you think is a better foursome?

Him and Howard, Harden, Parsons

Him and Dragic, Bledsoe, Melo

I just put Melo in there for now...wasn't sure who else to put there. But if Melo is out of the picture, who else could we get (in free agency) that would be better than that Houston group? I mean, playing with a rim protector and rebounder like Howard has to be pretty huge doesn't it?

Not trying to burst any bubbles....just thinking about it from his perspective. Of course his agent being Bledsoe's could help with us.

Is Houston making the same pitch to Lebron as they did with Melo? I would think, just my personal opinion, if the Rockets made a sales pitch to Melo first, and then Lebron later, I'd be offended if I was Lebron as he is definitely the better player.

I had been thinking the same thing. I may be wrong, but if Houston offered LeBron the Max, I don't think they'd be able to keep Parsons. He is a RFA, and judging by how many players are already getting overpaid, I think he will be overpaid too. That being said, Harden/Howard/LeBron does seem formidable; but for some reason, I just don't see LeBron getting excited to play with Howard (Kobe could barely stand playing with him). Now, if Melo doesn't immediately sign with Chicago or something, he'll still be a FA when LeBron decides where he's going. If LBJ picks PHX, obviously Melo to the Suns becomes more likely. I think LeBron can see that Goran/Bledsoe/Himself/Melo is a better team than Howard/no-defense-Harden/Himself. That, and we'd still have some money (I think) to spend (MLE or something?)

Ok, take it for what it is, but i have came across this:

SportsTalkZak is based out of Indy, and its not a new troll account, it was opened in 2011.

I dont know how the 3way would work, or if its even a 3 way or just Indy talking to Us and Boston about obtaining a PG (Dragic or Rondo). Seems like if they lose Stephenson then they want to upgrade their PG spot, and who can blame them.

Yep. Knew there must be stats out there to support it. My biggest beef with the MoBros is their selfish play. And if you exclude passes to each other, you might exclude about half their passes, and maybe 2/3 of their assists.

Of course, I know I'll look the other way when TJ Warren puts up similar stats. I guess it bothers me with the MoBros in part because so much of it is high-post action, which is a great spot from which to rack up assists. Warren will get a lot his points by working off the ball. But now I'm just rambling.

Oh. Gerald's on there too. Huh.

WTF......Ummmmm...What to say? Only thing I can think of is Rondo to Phoenix because of Ryan Mcd and after that....who knows.

My question, how did you find this Kerrsed?

What would we get? Just going off of my quick reaction I don't think either team has anything that we would want. By that I mean, players those teams are willing to trade to us and us actually wanting.

There is nothing the Pacers have (that they would want to part with), to get Dragic. Ohh god... were not trading for David West are we???

I mean, Wade and Bosh gave up 42m for two years. Maybe I am wrong but they aren't going to take 3+ years ( I realize there are esclators in these contracts but 11 to 13 to 16 is only 38m with 2 and 3 increases). So, that would be three plus years to get back 42m. So, really, one would think Bosh and Wade would take maybe 3 years to get back the 42m and than another good year. So something like 60m for four years. Even that might not be enough as that is only an additional 18m for two years.

Personally, Wade was nice to opt out - but he is going to want to get paid. I still think its all Heat for the three but why would Gortat, Lowery or Deng take less money. This is there one chance at a pay day. Ray Allen - sure, Pau Gasol - maybe. But not younger players.

I wonder if the players feel like a lot of fans and they hate the Heat as well and would love to see their demise... Things that make you go hum.

Suns have Bledsoe - don't see a need for Rondo too. If you are moving Dragic - its for a forward. Pacers are not giving up George. David West is too old. What do the Celtics have

Well Bosh said it wasn't a joyful season. I'm sure most players doubt it would be much fun to play fourth fiddle in an unhappy locker room for a team that most fans view as villainous.

More garbage, "deep contact" with the Suns and Celts. What does this mean? If they cannot afford to pay Stephenson more than $8M, what do they do when both of these guys contracts end next off season? What do the Pacers have to trade for players of this caliber? Again, no one using a little critical thinking here!

I'm hearing Wade wants 4 years 55mil. That's close to 14mil a year. Bosh wants a deal that starts at 15mil and goes up 1mil every year.
South Beach is crumbling...

As for the tweet Kerrsed. I just don't see anything that helps the Suns. Unless Indy is giving us Paul George for Dragic and fillers, then I don't see any deal happening. ;)

It wouldn't surprise me if we were looking at trading Goran, but it would need to be for a bigger fish. Obviously, our target isn't Lance, because we could just sign him outright. This would have to be a Love deal. Maybe we're procuring Stephenson for the Wolves.

Also just thought of this... but wasn't the original report that the Suns were willing to give Lebron and Melo/Bosh a max deal? So lets say Lebron decides on Phoenix, and Bosh follows, and we only pay him 15mil the first season, what does our salary look like?
Lebron-22mil
Bosh-15mil
Bledsoe-13mil

For our potential big three.
Dragic would command maybe 12mil a year? Though I doubt he wants to stay with this circus around, but I would hope he does.
