Well, my initial thought was that the list was worthless because different players have different roles and some of them are not supposed to pass...they are suppose to get wide open and shoot.

I guess the list, for an avg fan, especially with that title can be terribly misleading. Like, for example, a pg shouldn't be on that list. If he is, he definitely is very likely not a good pg.

So, all in all, I guess you are right, but contextually speaking, it could be useful for someone who knew exactly which players they knew SHOULD NOT be on that list.

You can't put together a trade only on the basis that it works from a basketball sense if the numbers don't match. Similarly, you can't put together a trade purely on the basis that it works financially either, if it makes zero basketball sense.

I think we can all agree that this kind of trade is a joke. Not worth discussing any more. Honestly, I'm not even sure I would want Jeff Green's contract even if we got the pick as the compensation to take it.

So basically, I probably wouldn't want that package for free (as bad as Boston is, if it was unprotected and their first, it might be worth consideration, but only for free). Putting Goran into it is just insulting.

There's nothing on Indy, who they'd trade, that I'd be interested in. Especially for Dragic. Perhaps it would be part of a mega trade for Love?

That's a good point. It doesn't state if the guy had an open shot or not. If you get the ball 80 percent of the time while open....then you should shoot it 80 percent of the time!

Of course. TS% is the best # to look at on that list. Green is 2nd.

To me, this would make no sense. Why take back a PG who can't shoot for another guard who can? It would hurt us IMO. I really hope this isn't true.
