It really is nothing more than a meter. They could probably pay him his yearly salary in 2 days of their contract.

And for once in my life I'm a HUGE hypocrite as I HATE HATE HATE when someone gets special treatment because of who they are or how much money they have.
But I'm 31 years old and I've been a Suns fan since I was 8. I remember watching KJ at the Mad House. I remember the Barkely trade. I remember watching Marbury win the playoff game VS. the Spurs with his insane shot. I remember Nash taking over the league. I remember being so excited when we almost traded no-defense-Amare for KG which probably would have won us a ring.
Now we have an excellent young team put together and the Morris twins are a big part of that.
I hope they get off, but I hope this scares the **** out of them and they shape up. Fast.

Even if they got away with it, the FO wants at least Marcus gone ASAP right?

I doubt it. We gave Tucker a contract extension after he got an "extreme DUI".

At this point there is no credible evidence against either of them and by in large every Suns fan, on the internet, has convicted Marcus for sure and made Markieff his accomplice. They want them shipped out of town ASAP. Just unbelievable. Over reaction at its finest.
Since CBS 5 new reported this incident, I would expect them to be all over this if there was legit evidence to put blame on the Twins. That is there job, to report the news. They have mentioned that there was an altercation and nothing else. That is also what has been reported by the police. They are being convicted by a couple of quote on quote internet insiders telling the story. How would they have more knowledge of the situation than a news channel like CBS news or the police, this makes no sense. I expect that altercations are not that uncommon for virtually every pro athlete. There are a lot of jealous people out there that want what they have. I believe a lot of them have body guards to keep them out of harms way and the newspapers.
I have never read anything negative about the twins past except for some recent remarks from unknown posters on the internet. On the court they certainly have received too many technical fouls but how does that make them thugs or criminals? IMO they have been the first on the scene to break up a scuffle rather escalate any confrontation on the court. Maybe just maybe that is what happened this past weekend. The guy that Marcus reportedly beat up may be a really bad guy and they got into a confrontation and Marcus defended himself. I am going to take the high road and believe that until there is legit evidence from a legit source to put the blame squarely on his shoulders. In my book Marcus is innocent until proven guilty. That is why we have laws in this country.

Clearly they had someone who quickly realized that there could be charges filed. He was willing to negotiate a settlement instead of involving the police/public. Perhaps the best thing to happen that night for all parties involved was MarKeif strong arming a no video rule. Had there been one and it went out, the whole outcome would be different. Right now it is looking like a win win for both sides, while the public will be left with a groggy who rufied me feeling.
Babby Winston Wolf'ed this one out of the park. Pretty please with sugar on top.

It's ok to admit you got **** for sources this time. I won't think any less of you
