IL+ in addition to being used for INJ players, can also be used for other statuses ex DTD and O

Also, what do people think about adding an injured player directly to an IL spot. There is another option that says an IL player needs to be added to an open roster spot before being moved to an IL spot. This would keep the first person who gets onto yahoo when the season starts from loading up their IL spots before anyone else has a chance.
I'll add that to the poll as well. It's never been too much of a problem but I think a lot of us here feel it's pretty cheap to just pick up an INJ player from waivers because there is no real downside.
I think one of the best examples I can give is when PG broke his leg in 2014, on the off chance he came back he was instantly added in basically every league to IL for the entire year for no downside. I think almost every team will have a dropable player so it should be fair enough that they can at least part with 1 scrub for sitting on a player with an ACL tear, or just draft that INJ player in the last round of the draft.
In fact it's so much of a no-brainer to do this I almost don't want to put a poll option

edit: I added the new options to the poll. Unfortunately it wiped everyone's responses, so please vote again. We'll go with whatever has the most votes when the draft starts.
