I’m thinking we might have to put in 1 hour time slots starting tomorrow if we want to get this done by the opener.

We have 5 days left and 5 rounds and change, so I think that should work. Let me know if any of y’all oppose that idea.

And for our friends in other continents, can always send in a big board.

1 hour is not enough. I mean people work and have to sleep. I think 8 hours is best, and maybe now. Friday though Sunday is worse because people are out in the evening and then go to bed (at least some).

But I wouldn't go lower than 5. But we can wait a few rounds. At that point if we did skip someone it wouldn't matter as much because targets are usually quite a bit different based on needs instead of consensus.

But I think if people can just start PMing people their picks who don't draft after them soon (or have just drafted so are not up for awhile) and post in thread that they have PM'd someone, then things should go ok. And as long as someone has let us know they have PM'd their picks, we don't skip them.
