Let's say Booker, Beal are out.

Gordon, Okogie, Durant, Watanabe, Nurkic
Goodwin, Allen, Bates-Diop, Little, Eubanks

I don't think Lee necessarily solves anything there

Jordan Goodwin is for real.

He was my choice for starter, Okogie will need to have a consistent shooting season.

Metu over Diop or Little
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Azubuike got better, he probably starts if Nurkic is out.

I think our 4th choice center outplayed Ayton.

So what happened?

I had to step away when Thybulle cut the lead to 3. I take it Goodwin and Watanabe went off (at least based on the box score)?

Pretty much. Keon had an and 1 somewhere in there, and Azubuike had a dunk, but Yuta and Goodwin were the major contributors.

Our 3rd string was hanging with most of their starters, they are going to be the worst team in the west not sure it will be close

It seems like we did a good job on building chemistry among the personality of the guys we got. Hard to see a stick in the mud anywhere on this roster.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but no team is surviving if they are relying on quality minutes from the 16th and 17th guy off the bench not a single team in nba.

So my hope is we add one more experience guard so we don't need to rely on the 16th/17th man

Like who? And who and what are you trading or cutting to match salaries?

And it only seems like a minor issue tonight because we sat 3 of our guards will never happen regular season

Booker Beal Goodwin Allen Gordon, okogie who's minutes you taking?

You don't. But having dudes on the team that can't give you decent spot minutes on a contender is far from ideal. I'm not saying we should be relying on an end of bench guy in normal scenarios but I'd rather have experience and be able to rely on them if the situation ever comes up. I've said it before but I still believe we need one more vet on this team (ideally a table setter) and still like the idea of TJ McConnell. Other guys in the price range I'd be interested in is Delon Wright and Alec Burks. All bring an NBA level skill and has plenty of NBA experience.

Ultimately, we don't have a ton of assets to get a deal done but we do have Little and a bunch of vet min salaries which adds up to around $9m in salaries in a 2 for 1 type of trade. We still also have those TPE's which could be useful

I think we are making up problems that don't exist for a bunch of guys that will never see the court spot minutes or not. If somehow 3/6 of the guard rotation is injured at the same time they probably make a move at the trade deadline, and I'm not a McConnell guy he can't shoot the 3 at all don't think he makes sense.

My belief is a stacked team only helps a contender. You don't think we have a problem so we can just agree to disagree
