I don't believe the Bulls are done dealing. This is just the first step in a much longer process to reconfigure this group.

Butler still in play? :o :o :o :o :o :o

That said, is this the time to trade bled for okafor + future pick? Just draft Dunn ourselves?

One FA name not mentioned much anywhere is Ryan Anderson. Seems a while back he was the ideal pf for us. And I am still anticipating a Jordan Hill inquiry.

If Jeff Teague on an impending pay day was able to get the 12th pick, I'm sure we can get something of value for Brandon Knight. It's not going to be as valuable as the Lakers' pick next year, but it won't be chopped liver if we trade him.

Suns are in win now mode and so will trade their lotto picks for established vets. But they're also interested in moving Bledsoe? Does not compute.

The only thing McD has said is that they are not trading down and they are not going to trade their lotto picks unless it is for a very good young player or something along those lines. I think they will test the market but in the end, they will keep their picks.

The point is how McMully values him... He cost us a valuable pick. And furthermore, a team must want him. There is only 2-3 teams left in the PG market.

Knight for mirotic? Nicola was bad last year but I still like his skill set.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

Philly can't move him for a top 5 pick. Hell, even Boston wants Noel over him.

We trade our trash for Philly's trash.

I'd also be down for:

4th to Philly
Knight to Sac
8th and Okafor to us

Sure. He took a big step back as a sophomore after beign runner up for ROY. If he can work on his erratic shot selection and gettougher. He has a multifaceted game with his ability to get to the line/putting it on the deck but may have been slightly overrated as a pure shooter. Still prefer him to Telly even if he isn't quite the dead eye marksman

Yes, they said they'd agree to let him go and try to work out a sign and trade. So they'd probably want like Warren or someone back. Would you do that?

Ahhh... That's tough. Is it the good or bad Barnes? TJ's offense is just as good but Barnes has better D. I looked up Barnes shooting numbers and they were horrendous and for the type of money he is seeking, probably not.

Did you look them up for the finals? When Green was out and they REALLY needed him he was awful. Total series stats..... http://www.basketball-reference.com/playoffs/2016-nba-finals-cavaliers-vs-warriors.html

Game 5 Draymond suspension

http://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/201606130GSW.html 2-14, 1-6 from 3

Put Warren in Barnes place where opposing team is fully focused on Splash Bros on defence and he would put 20 points a game. I wouldn't trade Warren for Barnes even if they would cost the same.

Gambo just said he thinks Chriss is going to be the Suns pick based on all of his conversations with the Suns and other teams. Chriss has been telling teams that he is going to Phoenix too. Then Gambo said if Chriss is not there at number four, do not be surprised if the Suns take Dunn and trade him to another team. Gambo also weighed in on the Hayward rumor and said he is hearing Hayward is not available. He asked the Suns about trading both lottery picks and a player for Hayward and the Suns told him yeah right, let's trade them the gorilla and other things as well. So it sounds like that trade rumor was completely unfounded.

Well if we are not trading our pick for him I doubt we want him. I'm all for trading for him, but it doesn't sound like it's going to happen.
