As been stated a few times over the past 15 pages (which many people decided to skip due to unnecessary BS), Hill hasnt "officially put ink to paper" on his deal yet, and Randle can be traded mid August.

So a deal COULD be worked out and agreed to, but would have to wait about a month to be official.

Ahh thanks Kerrsed. So they haven't actually signed the contracts. Yea I skipped some pages when I saw :starwars going on haha.

How much cap space would we have?

We currently have about $19.5M to spend (i believe that includes Bledsoe's $6.5M cap hold). Take the hold off and we have $26M. Then subtract Hill's $9M and Randle's $3M, and we are looking at $14M.

Now I could be wrong about Bledsoes caphold, so just figure somewhere between $7M and $14M.

Yeah, I looked up that schultz guy. He writes for the huffington post. There is a picture of him interviewing RGIII. So there may be some legitimacy to what he is saying. Guess we will see.

I agree totally.

He has a chance to be the best player on our roster over the next 5 years. He was one of the main reasons I watched every minute of every game. I did not want to miss his time on the court.

I would love to add either Anderson or Monroe but if either costs us Green, no thanks. I want to see more.

So, "if" that trade did happen, the suns would have enough room for Monroe too. In an instant, we would go from our backcourt being a strength to our front court being a strength.

That might be the only reason we would do the trade, is if we had already worked out a deal for Love. But obviously a deal for Love is risky since he could leave.

But if Minnesota likes Randle close to as much as Wiggins, he obviously would fit much better since they would be losing Love. Throw in a bunch of picks and it might be appealing to Minnesota.

But we wouldn't trade Bledsoe for Randle unless he was going elsewhere imo. Randle will take a while and may not ever be very good.

That would be nice and at this point we have plenty of room to add both.

If a player is a RFA for Team A and he signs an offer sheet with Team B, is Team C officially eliminated or is there some way they can get in the mix?

One reason to give Monroe an offer sheet is because we struck out on everyone else and have the cap space, and locking down as many assets for the future is a good thing. Come 2016 many people will have cap space, and deals will be higher, so locking in guys at high rates now, even if just for trade assets, might not be a bad idea.

But no reason to trade Bledsoe to get him. Give him an offer sheet and if they match, no big deal, and if not, we get him and then still sign Bledsoe.

I'm not real high on Monroe, but like I said earlier and then SF88 repeated, maybe in our system he would flourish a bit under Hornacek and with better guards attracting attention and getting him the ball. He may also have more space without Drummond and two big defenders clogging the paint.

But he has value around the league, so getting assets isn't bad...it's going to be harder to do in 2016, because everyone will have cap space and it might be hard to get good players unless you stockpile as many assets and picks as possible.

i think soon as he signs, he is now bound to team A or B only. I could be wrong but it makes sense.

Sources tell me that Bledsoe doesnt want to play for the Suns because PJ Tucker pissed in his cornflakes, and he wants to go to the Lakers so he can sleep with Steve Nash's wife.

I've also heard of these "rumblings"

That's two confirmed sources ie Multiple Sources

I'm about 95% sure team C is out of the mix. A S&T has to be worked out before the offer sheet is actually signed. If he signs it there are only two possibilities of where he could go.

You look at all the responses to the "sources" rumor. I'm pretty sure those are probably all responses to some original tweet of "news".

sure if hill hasn't put pen to paper it's possible but it would be subject to hills approval

See 1:50 - 2:50. Am I wrong in thinking this style of offense for a big would be a great fit here? Looks like a lot of talent/moves for a young big.
