Not a single word has been said about the Suns doing anything the past couple days.

I think the Suns know their not getting LeBron but their kinda in denial so their just waiting.

Just keep in mind that we may not be making our "big" moves because the teams we are trading with are waiting for things to finish out before they are ready to move.

Fans are far too emotional. Thankfully our FO is rational. They'll go for it if they can, they won't if it doesn't make sense. When you're more aggressive than the situation justifies, you're doomed to watch your chance at a championship seem further and further away.

You say we've never gone all in for the championship? Bull. We traded Marion for Shaq. Bold, and maybe a mistake. But that was all in. They tried.

Crying about the 14th pick instead of the 1st seems odd to me because I really like what we got. Wiggins could be great, but so could TJ. Because we didn't tank last year, every player on our roster increased in value relative to the previous year. People weren't talking about a max extension for Bledsoe a year ago. Dragic couldn't net you an all-star in a trade a year ago. Markieff, Green, and Plumlee weren't valuable commodities. No one was talking about having to S&T for Tucker. No one thought Frye would opt out so he could get a bigger pay day. All of this has worked in our favor.

If you don't know how to play the long game, you'll be out on your ass as a GM. Ours knows what's up. Get with the program, and hang on for the ride.

Wow. If he leaves, LeBron probably leaves. But it's also been speculated (Stephen A Smith) that if Bosh leaves Miami, Melo joins LBJ in Miami. If they want to join each other, WHY NOT IN PHX?!?!?!?! Bledsoe/Dragic/Melo/LeBron>>>>>>>>>>>>>What's left of wade/LeBron/Melo

Because neither Bosh nor LeBron is from Arizona.

Bosh is from Houston

I know he is. And Houston isn't in a Arizona.

None of the superstar FAs are from Arizona. The biggest superstar FA is from Ohio therefore other superstars may be willing to go there.

There's no appeal (.location wise) to come here cause nobody's from here.

Still time, looks like 200 pages or so without a move!

Listening to Gambo now and he is saying some interesting stuff. He is saying the Suns truly are "in it" for Lebron. He said the Suns came back from the meeting with Lebron's agent last week and have done absolutely nothing since then because they are waiting on him. He mentioned that if the Suns were told they had no chance or thought they had no chance, they would have moved on and gone after other free agents by now. He also said Sarver is willing to go into the luxury tax to win and would sign Lebron and Carmelo/Bosh, plus Ray Allen and Mike Miller too. He thinks the Suns will know by today or tomorrow if they have a legitimate chance to sign him.

That's your opinion. Trading for a 1000 year old shaq does not qualify. Shaqs value was pretty low when we got him. Shoot, the heat we extremely happy just to get Marion. A prime shaq would have gotten the heat multiple 1st round picks and star players in return. But that's besides the point.

You know why pat Riley is a winner? He gets things done. He has no patience. I heard for years people talk about patience and waiting for the best deal or waiting for the right time to make a trade. Teams that do that are continuously on the outside looking in.

I don't think the Suns would sign him but I like the look of that lineup. It's too bad he can't escape his behavior problems cause the dude is mad talented -------> 14/7/5 - 49/36/71

I think one of Tucker/Frye should be kept of vet leadership purposes. Since Kieff is much closer to starting material than Warren I would prefer PJ. The impatient fans wouldn't like it but it would be wise to just spend money on Bledsoe and 1 of Tucker/Frye. That way the Suns could easily extend Dragic next summer and still have money for FA's and/or Kieff.

I figured that would be the case. If we were truly out of it, McDonough would have moved on.

Lol, you remember that. I was going to wait to page 99 to bring that up.

Teams should know tomorrow. Wednesday should be official. Expect things to happen Wed/Thurs.

Though stuff will likely leak late tonight or early tomorrow.

Continue to hear OKC is ahead of Miami in Anthony Morrow chase. Along with Pau Gasol, Morrow has been a prime Thunder target in free agency

If OKC adds Gasol/Morrow, Houston adds Bosh and Clipps already got Hawes plus Mavs could get Deng or Parsons along with Tyson Chandler.

Now THIS is the "all-in" I'm referring to...that shaq all-in fiasco is not. Marion was my favorite sun in the seven seconds or less era and it brought me to tears to trade him.

No guarantees made, but Danny Granger/Josh McRoberts committed to Heat w/ strong belief LeBron James will be a teammate, sources tell Yahoo.

I'm not here to naysay or discredit Cosmo or anyone else who shares the same perspective of his/hers, but it's entirely refreshing to be on the same wavelength with someone like you, deuces! Thanks for that.

Patience can pay off in situations like tanking, but during the offseason, I feel we need to take on this pat Riley mentality of being IMPATIENT and go all out..especially if we have the assets to do so.

Why is the West so stacked?!?! Maybe we can trade one of our first rounders to swap places with a team in the East?

Return to Phoenix Suns
