Very solid starting 5. Capable of getting to the Eastern Finals with that. Honestly thought they were gonna push hard for Horford and that would be very plausible but now with Thad, I think they'll just find some rotation players for their bench, possibly a Jared Dudley type signing.

Some scouts have Dunn as the next star point guard of the NBA and a real two way player. If that is true and he could be that good, Nerlens Noel is not nearly enough for him. Noel has played two years now and not shown any kind of star potential. How much better will he get? Is he ever going to be as good or better than a player like Ibaka. If Dunn is the next Westbrook or Wall with great defense, would you trade him for a guy like Noel? There is no way imo that Noel is worth that kind of potential player. Role playing, shot blocking centers can be had later in the draft. You give up Dunn and you might lose a franchise player.

Ibaka is a completely different kinda player. Noel can be Larry Sanders with his head on straight. At the least a skinnier Biyombo with more active hands. I think Dunn projects to be somewhere between Bledsoe and Wall. Unlike Bledsoe he is actually a menance in transition pushing the break with plus size , tighter handle and better court vision/ needle threading abilities. He can improvize on broken plays and can do more than just drive n kickout and has the length to guard multiple positions

I'm taking it with a grain of salt, but a buddy tells me the 76ers might trade Nerlens Noel and Carl Landry to the Suns for Eric Bledsoe. Bledsoe's coming off an injury and apparently the Suns like Noel's defense even though he's heading into the end of his rookie deal. Tyson Chandler didn't work out there, obviously, and they are trying to dump him. Suns are hoping Dunn will be there for them at #4, but there's a growing sentiment that's not happening. Boston is still holding out hope that a bigger fish will become available when they are on the clock (all the names we've heard about), but it's growing more likely they are going to just draft and keep Kris Dunn. If the Suns/Sixers deal goes down and Boston grabs Dunn, my buddy claims that it might end up as a 3-team deal with Boston sending the Suns Marcus Smart (expendable with Dunn) and James Young for Alex Len (who my buddy claims Boston likes) and #13. Boston would then try to trade up using #13 + #16 + #23 to move into the 7-10 range with hopes of that one of their targets will slip and become available (Bender/Hield/Chriss/Brown). But take this with a grain of salt. It's just what my buddy tells me. I honestly don't get the Alex Len thing at all. Isn't he heading into the end of his rookie contract as well? Makes no sense. I honestly don't believe this, but I'm sending it along, because I know this forum loves eating up garbage rumors.

How does that help this franchise? Noel is good but Smart is just average and I haven't really seen anything from Landry. Are we doing it just to swap lineups? If this trade goes down then we admit that Len was the wrong pick

Smart is a very good defender but he cant shoot a lick (.348 fg% & .253 3pt%) ...Noel for Len is an upgrade. I Like that part.

Don't agree that Charlotte wants to re-sign their own free agents. They'll most likely want to keep Batum around but I doubt they want to keep AJ there.

Lebron's career earning and future commercial earning allows him to not really care about 5 or so million dollar less a year by staying in Ohio and further establishing his legacy in that state and community.

I believe 0 of that. I think and hope Len is for the most part untouchable. There is too many moving parts and "ifs" in this guys draft fantasy.

I really don't wanna be on the hook for Len's payday, I feel like the FO will give in to save face because he is their pet project. If he hasn't supplanted Chandler this year and proven to be a serviceable starter, he is just a rotation player at best. Really lowering the bar

More like this is due to Ibaka wanting to get moved due to his role being greatly diminished throughout the year. He was quoted as being frustrated throughout the year. His desire to move I am sure would depend on where it is he might be able to go.
