A. We aren't trading for PG. If they hate the deal then they can let him walk for nothing.
B. Indiana will not get a better offer. I just don't see it happening. Period.
They won't get a better offer than Brandon Knight and Warren? They'll likely get plenty of better offers, even from the Lakers. Even Lakers fans are saying they'd give up Clarkson, Nance Jr, and 28.
As already mentioned the Lakers are not giving up their youth. Bledsoe/Knight/picks OR Warren/Knight/picks. Maybe they want Chandler in that trade.
By youth they likely mean Ball (or whoever they take this year, D-Lo and Ingram for the most part, and maybe Randle.
No one wants Knight. He is the 464th best player in the league out of 468, according to RPM. And he makes $14 million. He wouldn't have much trade value, if any if he mad $5 million. The only players worse at RPM are really young guys. That -5.32 is RPM

http://www.espn.com/nba/statistics/rpm/_/page/12/sort/RPMWe are not unloading Knight in this deal. We would only be involved to take back contracts in order to get a pick or something. It's unlikely we will be involved at all directly. We would just be a team helping out another team clear cap space.
