I took two point guards with my first two picks and I am still last in assists by a good margin. Not cool man.

Between his performance and now this injury, he's one of the worst early round picks I've ever made in fantasy basketball. The pick had a lot of potential but he's pissed that all away! So far, looking like another year in the D League for me...

I got him on 5/6 teams this year...fcking STUPID pick.
Looking back at some drafts, man it's easy to make mistakes. I took Rose a spot ahead of ADavis in one draft...dammit...

I have so many disappointing players I hear ya. And the one player who I was happy with in the early going was Tyson Chandler, and then he got injured.

The only two players who have been performing well for me are Millsap and Wesley Matthews. Everybody else has been a disappointment. Kyrie, Joakim, Pau...they are sucking really bad at FG%. Terrible.

I have Pau too and have 1 point for FG %. It's killing me.

I'm just putting this out there...
since I'm getting trade offers for Andre Drummond...
I'm NOT letting him go for crap offers... like I mean crap.
I actually check those trade offers when I need a laugh or two.

Great (wasted) statlines from the three worst players on my team. Yes I think trading depth for talent was a good move

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion 2013/2014
Why is it that I pick up a guy like Steven Adams after he has 17 pts, 10 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 blocks, and then when I start him (when Perkins is out) he has 3 pts, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, and 0 blocks?
This really seems to be some kind of common occurrence for me this year.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion 2013/2014
My first 3 picks were MGasol/Deron/Sanders
BRUTAL season so far, MGasol is starting to look better but the other 2 were completely wasted picks.
Also very disappointed in Brandon Knight, but he was a later pick and hopefully he can get something going once he shakes this lingering injury.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion 2013/2014
Well, most of my more reliable bigs are vastly under preforming, while my guards have been great! Duncan/West have been average (at best), but it seems like Lillard/Teague are having breakout seasons. When it comes to late rounders, Addams/Goodwin didnt pan out for me, Rob Lopez has sucked majorly, but Redick and Felton have provided much more than even i expected (and i was high on them).
Im still waiting on Bynum. I refuse to dump him. He had a few games where he put up some great stats for the 10 minutes he played, and its only an amount of time before he secures his ultimate sleeper status.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion 2013/2014
Im just glad I got some of my favorite players in Westbrook and Parsons. It seems like if you don't start out with a high draft pick or the Lebron/KD safety net, you're really just playing to stay in the Premier League. But hopefully the rest of the roster starts rounding out as the season progresses. Passing on Davis was a huge mistake for me but considering Conley's own play he has been great. Gortat has been my sole surprise pick. Butler and Favors have been a little disappointing, but that's about it.
It might have been a poor strategy for me to depend on the improvement of young players like Parsons, Favors and Butler but having been gifted the 13th pick at the start and Conley being my highest rated player so far (25th), things could be worse.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion 2013/2014
Evan Turner is a stud. He is just absolutely killing it for me, and I think I had em in a later round. Jrue Holiday has been struggling mightily, and he can't hit a three to save his life. I thought Paul Pierce would be draining at least 2 threes per game, but I'd be lucky if he got 1 three a game now. Threes and blocks continue to kill me. But JR Smith is back, and I'm gonna ride hard on Ben McLemore.

Not true. Sun Scorched proved us all wrong last year, even without Derrick Rose playing a minute all season long

Well, yes and no. Because you're already at a huge disadvantage without one of those guys. Certainly you can overcome that with great drafting (and to a lesser extent, trading) - and by extension that's going to require some luck. Lebron and KD without a doubt do soften out the blows of having a poor draft or a few of your players under performing.

Maybe usually, but this year so far Kevin Love, Anthony Davis, Stephen Curry, Paul George and Chris Paul have been as good as LeBron and Durant. Also guys like Klay Thompson and Brook Lopez have been right there as well.

I'm a candidate for the worst draft in the D-league
Thank god George fell to 13.
