No matter what Ishbia has now overtaken Dolan for biggest joke of an owner in the national conversation.

Im rooting for Nuggets but if they lose pacers are my second choice. Their offense is explosive and they are the only team capable of knocking out the Thunder.

Let's go Mikal. Another one.

Need a Knicks - Nuggets finals though it would be difficult to take sides there.

It'S jUsT oNe GaMe!

Our son Mikal is going to the (conference) Finals!
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

OKC losing in 2nd round after BOS and Cavs confirms regular season doesn't mean much. Not to mention HOU. All these remaining teams are well balanced but nothing great, just like Suns in '21. Their GMs did a good job to put them in position to win a title by assembling real teams with fitting players.

While true, I think that both BOS and Cavs were due to injuries mostly. Maybe one of them loses in 7 if everyone is healthy, but not both and not like this. HOU I never liked/trusted. FVV is old, 5'10 on a good day, not a good shooter, not a good defender. Green is small, dumb chucker, doesnt really play good defense, not a great shooter. Brooks is a wannabe clown, cant shoot to save his life. I love their big wings, but they are not experienced enough to go deep, and I really like Sengun (but he just might be a hair too small to play 5 alone - kinda like Sabonis). Goodish team? For sure, especially in the regular season. Great team and playoff success? Nah.

As for OKC? Refs will take them through game7 - look for foul trouble for Jokic and/or Gordon, 15+ free throws for Shai, and about 10-15 more free throws to OKC. If Denver has a really good night its still a close game, if not, then its +10 OKC. And I hope I'm wrong, as an OKC loss would mean more and better trade possibilities for us. They are too smart to take back the nonchalant snake, but their 30 draft picks are just too ripe to not make a deal, and maybe that triggers a domino effect for us.

OKC look like a complete trash. Shai who's not on Jokic's level and a bunch of role player chokers. They need to get another real star in the offseason.

After Q1 roles changed. No KD to OKC  though if they lost this game I assume their target would've been Giannis anyway.

SGA is the MVP.

His team won 68 games.... that is just 4 games less than the mighty Bulls champion team and 5 less than the failed Warriors team albeit due to Green getting suspended and Kyrie Irving neutralising Curry.

SGA also has MJesque numbers 33ppg 5rpg 6apg 1.7spg 1bpg 52FG%.

I love Jokic game and his IQ, but Nuggets system absolutely helps to get him those massive numbers just like how Harden and Westbrook got ridiculous stats for a few years.

Thunder won 18 more games than Nuggets.

That said Jokic is the best player in the world, but the definition of the MVP really means SGA deserves it and should not have been a debate.

The loser of Wolves and Thunder may be interested in KD if KD comes cheap... because gutting the roster just means they take 2 steps back overall. Just look at the Suns.

Hence I think Suns GM will extend KD. Because the offers will be very low. Rockets offering Suns picks back is the minimum from them considering Suns would be lucky to win 30 games without KD as Booker is awful as main guy.

Yes. Either Pacers or Knicks over whoever comes out of West.

But Knicks overall. It also pisses off Lakers as they see Knicks with their own celebrity row.

Lots of ex Suns on the Knicks. Tucker, Payne, Shamet and Mikal

Yeah, don't care about Shamet but the other 3 definitely.

Nuggets had zero chance with AG out two weeks with a hamstring injury.

I don't like either the Wolves with Anthony being a cocky showboat nor OKC with the foul baiter SGA so I think I'll root for either the Knicks or Pacers to win it all.

It would be nice for Mikail to win a ring though for sure!

I hope the Wolves win because I don't really see anything on their roster that is particularly enticing whereas OKC has a bunch of good assets.

Another fanbase gets to enjoy a championship run while the Suns come up lame again.
37 years of basketball watching to never pop champagne with this organization. Yeah I'm bitter and tired of investing so much energy into them.

Thunder has too much depth and has a counter for Wolves and then some.

Ant and SGA are going to be great, but at this time SGA is ahead of Ant all around... if Ant could level up in this coming series to his next form, then Wolves will have a chance.

It wasn't really any analytical comment about who I think would win. Just an offhand comment because I prefer OKC as a trading partner for KD than Minny.
