But if they trade Jrue, I think it comes at the draft (especially if we are involved*) No Jrue is a guarantee no AD and likely reversed.

Put up or blow up. Both AD and Jrue will be tradable practically anytime in the upcoming season if they arent winning. Winning cures everything. I think ultimately the choice comes down to Jrue and AD. Griffin and Paul will follow their lead.

*... Draft deal I could see, may be hope for.... We get # 2 or # 3 and Morant is available... Morant, Warren, and Milw 1st for Jrue. No Morant, I see no deal.

AD also loses leverage because now he's contractually obligated to play for the team not necessarily of his choosing for the next 4-5 seasons if he extends with the Pels. He only has some leverage now because he can opt out next off season. But yes, if I was Griffin, I'd max out AD if AD would agree to it, even if he's not necessarily in your long term plans. AD is a lot more valuable when he can't opt out after one season

Basically what the clips did with Blake Griffin and then flipped him to Detroit.

I noticed that Jahlil Okafor was out with Book and the boys on their European vacation so I went over to his instagram and thought this pic was interesting. I know angles can mess with perspective and people are leaning, but Josh looks just barely shorter than Okafor and Christian Wood (both 6'11). There was some stuff last year saying Josh had grown a bit since college but it really looks like he is a true 6'9 here. And Booker is looking extra short but he's definitely leaning back a lot.

This is deep offseason content but until the draft lottery I don't really have much else to discuss.

Replacing a coach every year? Seems like a pretty continuous trend if you ask me

Unless a truly great coach wants to come to Phoenix then this was a stupid decision and a terrible look for the organization, yet again.

The only not-terrible explanation I can think of is exit interviews were really bad. Otherwise, this just sounds like the usual. I had hoped the ESPN article would have helped drive some change, but sounds like it's the same old same old.

Really sucks.... we gotta trust what the front office saw behind the scenes...

It actually feels like this wasn’t driven by Sarver. Sarver has gotten so much bad press this year, I feel like he would have kept him. Hopefully this is sign that Jones/Bower are running the show now

Only a front office like Phoenix would choose to yet again fire a coach, Just so they can pursue another coach that already has a 2nd interview with a bigger market franchise. How is anyone EVER supposed to take our franchise seriously? Moreover, Exactly what kind of dilusion would lead them to believe that any decent coach would ever consider our team now, After they have shown to religiously fire coaches every single year!!!

The front office better know something that we don't!

My crazy hot take for this is that the suns will take Barrett and then try to sell Nash on Coaching his godson here.

Even though we all know that the truth is that Jones is removing the last components of Mcdonoughs' decisions. And Jones probably thinks that Monty Williams somehow developed Embiid, And they hope that he can do the same for Ayton. And of course they also believe that Williams would choose a Sarver led front office, over the bright lights and lucrative Market of L.A.

Only our front office.....SMH...….Gotta love this freaking clown show huh...LOL?

lol look Igor didn't prove he was some can't-fire coach but he did some good things for us with a pretty shodily built team. Should've given him another year

I'm sorry but every Sarver criticism, whether prompted or just a slow news day, is absolutely justified
