He was played like a true superstar even though he wasn't voted into the all star game. Would've been even worse if Trae sprained his ankle landing awkwardly on " Scott Fosters" foot.

It doesnt matter if your best player is out (Trae) you play to win the game. Hawks are playing great and leading by 9 near halftime. Clippers are same way without Kawhi playing hard to win.

Giannis just went down awkwardly looking as a left knee injury. Took him over few minutes to get back up.

Wow that Giannis fall looked terrible. Knee bent the wrong way.

That looked horrible. The league will be scrambling now. Do they turn to CP3 and think he and Book are enough of a money maker, or do they hope Trae can return to be their money maker? There just isn't enough likable people on the Clips. They probably had Foster ready, and then called him off. Get Mauer in there to have at least a close called game.

Man this atlanta team is very well designed.
Plethora of great pickups and draft choices.

All their role players playing well too. Feels like for every other team, anyone that isn't a top player can't make a shot at this point.

Doesn't seem like Trae's injury will be a long term thing. Maybe he misses this series but I think he should be good to go with some work done on the ankle. Giannis is a different story, it'll take a miracle for him to come back in these playoffs I think.

I mean outside of the city of LA, I definitely don't think the Clippers have the history or the likeability to draw the attention they have. The Suns is a much more storied franchise and if there was ever a push by the NBA Overlords to get one team to the Finals, it would be the Suns.

Man, I saw the video of what happened to his leg after I got home from band practice and sat down with my food. Definitely made eating less pleasant. I still ate, but it was definitely less appetizing.

I will repeat myself - I fear the Hawks more than the Bucks. The Atlanta team has more than 9 capable players (shooters, defenders, playmakers) and are ridiculously deep. Let's hope the Suns manage to eliminate the Clippers. Then Monty needs to prepare them for a possibly deeper team with lots of weapons.

I doubt these conspiracy theories and fixing things really happens.

And ads are likely already long sold for the finals...they don't get sold a week before. The games will likely be sold out too. Ratings matter for advertising dollars which are likely already locked in.

I won't be surprised if more people watch than last year with two major markets as the ratings were putrid last year. Booker and Paul are likely bigger names, as a combined pair, than George.

And Atlanta is a bigger market than Milwaukee...with a lot of focus on Trae if he plays.

Though I think that series can still go either way. When Trae was out, everyone counted the Hawks out, and they win big...same goes for Kawhi against Utah and they are outscoring us as well.

Not to mention the Hawks blew us out when we were trying to catch the Jazz...by like 30 and we rarely get blown out. We have been like 5-1 against the Bucks over the last few years.

Oh god, if they decide to rig it for the Clippers and use the PG-13 redemption angle, I'm gonna **** a brick.

We will find out. If PG continues to be allowed to shove guys off and not get a call, then we know they either want a game 7 or the Clips to go to the finals. They have literally missed a dozen push offs, including that two hand shove to Crowder right in front of the ref.

Bucks are still series favourites which is surprising.

I hope they take care of these elbow to the chest push offs in the future. Ridiculous

I'm sure if Clips win there will be you and some others that think it was rigged. The truth of the matter is we are playing like dog feces.

We can be playing poorly, and the league could try and control who makes the finals, or how many games are played in a series or finals. They don't have to be dependent clauses.

Wow. Happy to hear this, definitely did not expect him to come out of that without a major injury.
