Suns were .500 when only one of Bledsoe and Dragic played.

They were 23-11 with both.

Why split them up? What is this silly notion that the Suns can't pay both of them? If Bledsoe gets paid around 12-15 a season, will it really be that tough to get Dragic re-signed for a similar number?

These arguments about who is more valuable are foolish to me because the clear answer here is: They each increase each others value. In other words, they are the most valuable together.

If Bledsoe reaches his potential, and Goran continues to play as he has this season, we have the best backcourt in the league bar none, and it costs us 24-30m a season? Yeah. I'll take that.

To use an analogy: It's like asking which is the better part of a Reese's peanut butter cup? The peanut butter or the chocolate? You can't answer because what makes it delicious is the combination.

Concerning the Indy rumor. They did call the Suns and inquired about Dragic availability. The Suns did say that for the right price, he would be available just like anyone in their roster. However, the Suns are NOT interested in anyone in their roster with the exception of Paul Gorge. There was a rumor last year about Paul loving the way the Suns played basketball. He made a comment that he would "tear it up even more" in our system. That didn't mean that he wanted to be traded to the Suns. It just meant that he admired the way we played which ALOT of players around the association do including LBJ.

There is some cocnern around the pacers FO that Paul is not a superstar that you can built your team around. That doesn't meant that they are willing to trade him. It would cost the Suns Dragic and more to get Paul in a trade.

Rondo doesn't come to Phx unless, Bledsoe is traded or LBJ decides he wants Rondo.

Once I hear more I'll let everyone know. However, the Suns FO is keeping the doors close and it's said the McD is working te phone feverishly.

Great stuff ray ray, thank you - now I can stop feverishly searching Twitter for a few hours

Thanks, ray ray! You're the best!

I love that our FO is so quiet. Not only does it make things more exciting, but it's a sign of absolute professionalism (but we all already know McD is a total BA).

This is my line of thinking as well.

Gambo kind of said the same thing last week before the draft. Rumors = garbage. Ryan McD is keeping it quiet and bam - something good will happen!

I still think the Suns are in on LeBron. And if they aren't, they know about it even if we the fans do not

Its not my money but I would rather spend 25m on Bledsoe and Dragic (heck, might be closer to 30M) and have two very good players than feel like the team cannot spend that on the backcourt and pay $10m for a forward who is not as good of a player as Dragic or Bledsoe at Guard

I am not opposed to trading either - just what is the value in return

Lebron or not we better have talked to Rich Paul by now.. I want Bledsoe back in a SUNS uniform!

I wonder if LeBron and Bledsoe are his only clients who are actually even remotely good at basketball. I have heard agent names before but Rich Paul is one that I have only heard associated with LeBron & Bledsoe.

I believe he reps Tristan Thompson and Kevin Srerapin too.. but obviously Lebron and Bledsoe are the biggest.

From what I remember reading Rich Paul is one of Lebrons oldest friends,

He just took on Jabari Parker.

Thanks Ray Ray. If he is working the phones feverishly, than all the comments about McD surprising us all are right on the money. Most of the reports that have come out in the last few days about the Suns being interested in certain players or trades just doesnt make sense. Maybe he got enough from the meeting with Paul, that McD is working on some things that he was told he should work on that no one else knows about.

Whoa. That leaves Isaiah adrift. And it squashes any reasonable chance of Bledsoe to SAC.

Something is going to give in the next week or so, McDonough is such a far cry from the crap management we have had over the years. I've been a Suns fan since the mid 90's and I can say that this is the most comfortable I've ever felt about the person guiding our team.

Whatever does eventually happen, it is going to be awesome.

*** Thanks Ray Ray, your info is much appreciated! Keep your ear to the ground!

With Blanks or even Kerr, I'd be worried right now. With McDonough though, I really do trust he'll keep the teams best interest in mind.

I wonder if there could be a three team trade brewing that would center on Isaiah Thomas in a S&T to Minnesota and Kevin Love coming to Phoenix. It seems like the kind of move McD would pull off. Not sure what would go to Sac, probably the Morrii and maybe a draft pick. Hmmmmm.....

Minny gets hosed in that scenario.
